The direction suits the show a lot, props to the director for that! Also, Netflix really gives it all if they like a story, even the screenwriter isn't big but the cast and budget provided is amazing. Not to mention freedom like having an odd 11 number of episodes. Something networks won't be able to match until they get over the obsession of filling slots & dragging out what could have been great stories.

them saying hwang dohee is 40? ok lol, just the way crash course in romance says the FL is in mid 30s 😭. like these are beautiful women, you don't need to unnecessarily de-age their characters. same was the case in WOTM and they even kind of acknowledged it in the show by the way she was taunted about it.

I never said it would be an issue. Just looking from my perspective as a man & having been done small acting stints, I just *think* it’s must have been a little more awkward at the start (or maybe even now just to talk about it, not doing it) than it would have been with another actor you probably don’t know that well. Sure, once that short period is over, I do agree the pre-existing relationship would help a lot.
