Choo Youngwoo acting growth is incredible. Some Lee Junho level improvement right there. The role suited him really well and was a lot better than his past performances. First 3 episodes and I’m hooked.
all that time in post-production for it to look like it was shot on a $10 green screen and shutterstock image as background?! what even is that quality in the teaser…
it's obviously more like an sbs drama when you consider the cringe level. but then again it's so funny that people…
however I do agree that dramas like business proposal were successful in embracing that cringe which is just not happening here. the rural town characters have been badly done and the other supporting characters just aren't well written. hope things can improve on these fronts.

Very frankly, I appreciate how groundbreaking it is. I appreciate everyone involved. But I do feel it could've been much better in terms of story flow and just characters in general. The show kind of lacked heart. The storyline wasn't cohesive. And by no means I'm trying to belittle the struggles (I relate with them a lot).
It fails to be as artistic as it wants to be. It wants to be deep and preachy but it's not. It clearly feels like the work of someone very new to TV. At the same time, the directors did as good they could with what was provided.
