I think if you try to watch the drama without being biased you can actually tell that Taek is the husband since episode 2. I dunno, I really think it's all about the point of view...

People are mad with JH confession but I'm kinda relieved. With his confession he finally accepts he lost the chances he had and said all he felt for DK those years as a farewell. Now he can move on and find a better love with no regrets. I think he deserved a confession to express his feelings. Now he'll stop hurting himself. It's a very sad scene but I like it. JH finally matured about love.

I know it's hard for all JH shippers, but let's think about the positive side. He learnt a lot of things about life (family, loyalty, friendship, dreams, love...) He experienced a first love, now he'll find his true love, the final one, which is the most important. A reciprocal love. I felt that DK never loved him, she showed interest like she did with SW... because she wanted to be loved. He deserves to be loved.
