I find it funny that Chinese drama fans are deliberately lowering the rating of this show because it is supposedly copying xianxia dramas. We seem to forget that many modern Chinese dramas are carbon copies of older Korean dramas from the early 2000s. You do not see Korean drama fans complaining about that.

Fantasy dramas are not exclusive to China. Many countries release fantasy dramas, for example, Game of Thrones. I would also like to add that the CGI for this drama is much better than any CGI I have seen in Chinese dramas.

Purposely lowering the rating on sites like Douban and kisskh will not get this show cancelled. In all honesty, you are promoting this show even further. :)

I agree.. Although he loved Heedo, he loved his career even more. Heedo was in the national fencing team which caused her to also be extremely busy, but she's always made time for their relationship. She was so supportive of Yijin and wanted him to discuss his struggles with her but he never did.

When I first started 2521, I really wanted them to be endgame but the bittersweet ending we got made more sense and was realistic.

Are you currently watching 25 21? The screenwriter of that show was Mr Sunshine’s and Kim Eunsook’s assistant writer. I think the assistant writer contributed greatly to Mr Sunshine

kim eun sook's writing isn't that good ever since her assistant writers/ghostwriters left her. i hope lee do hyun doesn't take this role.. it sounds silly

it was obvious who the cop's brother was

it was obvious who would die and who would win the game from episode 3 onwards

they didn't develop the plot further which would've been better

it was obvious the old man was a part of it when they all started fighting and he said stop and they stopped

i found it quite predictable... it's not as good as people say 7.5/10

It gets boring fast. I am yet to understand the high rating…

I understand the need for product placement but it's quite excessive. I haven't read the novel so I don't care about how the novel compared with the drama in terms of likeness. I just found the plot very plain and if the leads were replaced with another actor or actress, it probably wouldn't do as well. The selling point of this show is YY and Dilraba. Their visuals and chemistry hold this show together

I've watched 26 episodes and I plan to finish it once the final episodes are released with english subtitles. Perhaps my opinion might change once I watch the final six episodes. This is just my current view
