The acting is exaggerated but this is pretty normal for most J-dramas. Something like Kyou Kara Ore wa!! is even more exaggerated. If you want less exaggerated acting in a J-drama, I'd suggest the following: 1 Liter of Tears, Mother, Soredemo Ikite Yuku, Tonbi, N no Tame ni, and Woman

The bathroom sink is seriously the funniest thing I have ever seen in a Jdrama

Is it just me, or are there a bunch of plot holes in this show? Couldn't the entire conflict have been resolved by the middle of the first episode?

This show was great, but watching it was really making me stressed out.

Higashide's character was hilarious, and Nagasawa fits these types of over-the-top comedies really well.

The plot was way too dumb. How many times can people get kidnapped?

The indecisiveness of the ML is frustrating. Always waiting for this or that perfect moment/situation, but maybe that is realistic. If this was maybe was shortened to 7 or 8 episodes series, it would probably be less frustrating.

The drama really emphasized to stop living your life with regrets and to start living in the moment. There are no perfect moments, we really just need to keep on moving forward.

Tsubasa is pretty mediocre as well. It contains a lot of Japanese gags that seem out of place. Amachan was able to pull off that kind of comedy because Kudo Kankuro was the screenwriter.

After 22 Asadoras, this is still in my top 2 with Oshin.

Even after episode 50, it's only average with a few good moments. I'd probably drop this and watch another Asadora. Maybe try Chiritotechin, Carnation, or Asa Ga Kita

The jokes are really corny, but they are pretty funny still. The cases themselves are average.
