Just finished episode 9 and Ohh! Looks like Makoto's mom was abusive and that's why she killed her and he knew about it. This is why he wasn't all that surprised like I thought when he found her true nature. He saw it as her saving him and so was indebted to her. The fact he knew her psychopathic side and still married her and had a baby with her is still alarming and weird to me (even if he didn't know the full extent of it and that she killed all those people).
I wonder who the actress for his wife is gonna be and what is her story. So many mysteries in the first episode! Did the company cause his brother's death somehow and he is out for revenge?? and what is the trouble he caused that he had to go outside Korea.
