I did say all that IN THE CASE he was innocent and just took the fall.
If he actually was the murderer then yes obviously to all that, but the show in hinting heavily that the dad actually only took the fall for someone else and then maybe the mom found out and that's why Kim Joon tried to kill her. In that case yeah he would be a shitty person but not a murderer who deserves to be killed by her.
