The characters you are hating now get even more despicable! The story tries to redeem them a bit, or at least give a background to try and make you feel sympathetic, but nope, they just suck the entire time! 🦹
Romance-wise there is an awful lot of flirting, eye contact, subtle touching, but if you want a lot of kisses you definitely won't get that. I find their relationship very hot. Both of them are masters at the game and it's fun watching them take down all the bad guys with their schemes. And the ML is now my second favorite fan wielder! 🪭🔥

Otherwise it's a typical 'they see each other from a distance (it's a mountain top away from each other, her under a flowering tree and him galloping on a horse). We never see the ML's face, only the FL! The only thing that was missing was a red umbrella 😂
Sorry, I always complain about endings like that! So watch episode 40.5 and see the real happy ending. Or even better, stop after the wedding, otherwise your heart may be broken like mine was. Everything after the wedding was completely unnecessary. They just needed to click the angst box? 🤷‍♀️

Wow, when the FL, 2FL, and 3FL all get together I don't think they have a brain cell to share between the 3 of them. eek 🧠🤯 My cattiness is showing I know, but when the 3 of them get together turn the speed to 2.0. It sounds like Alvin and the Chipmunks and makes it semi-bearable lol
All-in-all a cute story. And we got happy endings all around for the good guys.👍

5 minutes? Well the last scene was cute.

Why the hell did they even have the war at the very end and kill off the dukes 2 guys? There was absolutely no need for that at all. It didn't add to the story line or move the story along.
And what was with that last scene? I mean seriously c-drama writers, can you stop with these stupid endings where you think maybe it's a happy ending and the ML has made it back alive and will get together with the FL and they live happily ever after. But since we never see his face or them together for all we know it could have been some barbarian warrior who picked up her cool pendant and is now coming to kidnap/murder her. Seriously. Couldn't he have gotten to the FL, got off the horse, and we could see them having a nice snog together? Would that be asking too much?
