Interesting small differences in translation between WeTV and Viki. WeTV translates what the ML calls FL as Cluck Cluck in the chicken episodes. Viki translates it to Chicky. I personally like Cluck Cluck better 😂
I've been so captivated by this short drama, but how the hell are they going to wrap things up in 2 episodes? Unless they just kill everyone off and say that's all folks? 🤷♀️
The first episode was so fun, I can't wait for more. The ML and FL are going to be on fire together, I can tell. And the second and third couples look fun too. Just what I needed to take a break from all the costume dramas I've been watching lately.

I only made it to episode 13 of Kunning Palace. I know everyone loved that series and I tried getting into it, but the constant betrayals were really bringing me down. I like my dramas with a bit of fluff. Watching the legend of shen li now and it's perfect!

This drama never really interested me before, but thanks to chronic insomnia and MDL I found it again and started watching. Damn, this is so good! One of my favorites. The humor and bromance are strong with this cast. And the FL is a complete badass and so good! I just need to decide which episode to stop watching so my heart doesn't break. (reading ahead to spoilers)
9 episodes in and still really have no idea what the plot is. Something about a chart? Despite that I'm enjoying this show. The visuals are great. I do have to say that the fight scenes are really really bad. Except for the wire work, that is especially good. But damn, don't give that girl a sword ever again!

You explained my feelings perfectly: 'pouting and eating like she can't put food into her mouth without half of it popping out, and then adding mewling sounds'. You need to add unable to hold beverages with a single hand and doesn't know how to drink/swallow hot or cold beverages! Give that girl a sippy cup. 😂
3 episodes in and I have no idea what is happening or what the story is about, but the visuals are good. The cast are all very pretty to look at, the hair and costumes are great. The sets are good too. The incidental music is funny. Like, is that a circus tune? I'll keep watching for now since there really isn't anything floating my boat at the moment.
So that's over now. It started out with equal parts of fun/silliness and cringe, then at episode 7 got really funny af, then got boring when they threw all sorts of unnecessary drama business side stories into it just when the leads should have been going on fun dates. There were a few dead fish kisses, where the FL's face looked like she was experiencing mild nausea with each kiss. Rather disappointing, since the bts that I saw showed some awesome hotness between the two. Censorship at it's worst? Then the series ended on a meh. Still enjoyable, but could have been so much more. Oh well, what to watch next?
