I really wanted to love this one but just can't. The first episode was boring af. The color scheme is just awful, almost sepia tones. The hair styles and costumes just look terrible to me. Sadly, dropping this one like a hot potato. Maybe someday I'll give it another try when I'm bored but not now.
I wish really enjoying this up until 2 things happened:
1. The 'friends' tried to forcefully cut the ML's hair, including tying him up with ropes with him completely freaking out and then cutting it while he was sleeping. What kind of friends are these? 2. The 'friends' did a sneak psych eval on the FL. I guess their plan was to try have have her forcefully committed? Seriously, with friends like these you're better living on a deserted island!
I'll try to continue but both those story lines were a real turn off.
The first couple of episodes were fantastic. Then it went off in left field somewhere and had a wtf did I just watch kind of ending. Not sure if I would recommend this or not?

Yes, exactly! That was clear as mud, wasn't it? 🤷♀️ I thought it was the ML's mother and father with kid(s) in the car fleeing the reporter, so where the hell did grandpa come from? Can't wait till they clear that up. Hopefully it explains the complete hatred the entire family has towards the poor ML.

Cute romcom for the first few episodes, then got draggy. I ended up skipping from 16 to the last episode. I'm glad I watched it the last one! This is how romcoms should do endings with a nice wedding that we can watch. I especially love their vows, probably the best I've seen in real life or dramas! Watch it without a lot of expectations, but it's fun.
Rewatching the 4 episodes so far available for this gem. I'll admit it had me hooked from the beginning. Holding out the ink for stamping was too funny, but what really makes me love this series is when the FL body-checked the ML to get her script out from underfoot. That was done so well, with such a straight face. There are too many funny scenes to mention. Loving it!
No, not at all, as far as I can tell the subs are good. I did the same thing comparing 2 recent shows that I love, 'Love Me Love My Voice' and 'Amidst a Snowstorm of Love'. The differences were minor but interesting to me. In LMLMV for example, and user's names were completely different at times and the lyrics for songs were totally different. And for AASOL one instance strikes my mind; the FL either says 'why is he always staring at me' or ' why am I always staring at him'. Different interpretations on different streamers. What can I say, I am easily amused and bored? 😉
Viki has released the first 2 episodes. I'm going to start watching there too so I can see what sub changes there are. Sometimes the most subtle differences can change a lot!
