Ok, the ML brushing the honey off her lips....🥰 You can tell that he's started falling but first time the FL has reciprocated.! The romance might finally be starting?😘
hmm, looks like a sad story coming up? The ML's mother was dying and he was at his father's gate trying to get in while the concubine was giving birth to the little boy who is now in pain at his gate so we come to the full circle of life story. I'm a heartless person, but tell the concubine to take the kid back to the father, it's SEP 😉

Episode 16. Yep, I love the aunt! She doesn't see the need to get married again cause she's well off and is able to help many handsome young men!
That setup! hmm, aunt is pretty smart!
Good lord, the FL really sucks at defending herself? Why is she so passive? 😉
Oh no, the ex's entire family are moving to the same place? And they stole everyone's land in their original hometown to give to this evil prince while on their way out?

oh crap, and now the evil mother-in-law spotted her. Did she ever think of disguising herself?🙄
I mean, I don't expect the FL to turn into a marvel superhero or whatnot but she really sucks at defending herself verbally, physically, and running away!

I can't help but think that most gongs are so afraid of/respectful to Lord Wei that the idea of even going to see him is beyond their comprehension! And then to have the ML always walking in like he owns the place. And now playing a drinking game with Lord Wei?🤣No one else but the ML would have the balls to even suggest this! I love this guy.🥰 And Lord Wei putting up with it! 😂

I just recognized He Peng. He is such a great actor with really different roles. This is the 3rd thing I can remember seeing him in.
1. as the detestable Wen Chao in The Untamed. Man, I hated him!😠
2. as the overly self-assured and confident Sheng Silin in Guess Who I Am. This role was so damn funny and over-the-top I just loved it! He goes from stalker guy to part of the Scooby gang!🥰
And this role he's playing a completely different character. This is what acting should be all about. Not playing the same character in every role you are in but being believable as someone completely different!👏

I agree! I can't see the serious adult FL with this irresponsible childish ML. I like her much better with the 2ML. They fit!

The music and feel for the opening credits are great! And I'm watching all the items they are showing to see how they relate to the cases. We already saw the circle of shoes!

And the ending credits. Whew! It feels like series that is all about women getting abused, but I'll have to wait and see. First episode was interesting enough. Lets see what the rest of the available episodes look like.

So sweet, the FL was taking care of the ML and wouldn't let anyone else near him!
The family is so disappointed, the ML is going to return all those gifts!
