That means they get killed right? Problem solved there. Trying to setup whoever that creepy dude is and the FL so she is forced to marry him? But instead getting the pretty boy? Since the pretty boy seems to be someone importants son (sorry, I've lost track of who is who) it should be some sort of crime. And they have the evidence with the sachet. So take them out too and another problem solved.

I did not want to get hooked. I told myself I would just watch the first episode and then wait for it to finish airing before I finished watching. Why do I torture myself like this? But damn, this is so good so far!

No one knows how to end it so all the screenwriters go out to lunch and the bad ending fairy comes in and writes something stupid down and bam, that's the end.

I suppose the ending of the Double is all in how you interpret it. I hated it! The FL all dressed in flowy red robes is on a mountain top under a flowering tree. A male person, we don't know who cause they never show us but I guess we have to assume it's the ML (did they run out of budget and couldn't afford to show him for 5 seconds at the very end?) who is also in flowing red robes is on another mountain galloping on horseback towards the FL and flowery tree. She turns her head and looks and....scene, the end, that's it. I mean, at the least they could have shown it was the ML, he actually gets to the same space and time the FL is and gets off his horse and they hug or kiss or hold hands or something? Maybe a hello how are you? 🤣 And don't even get me started on his buddies 😭

Yes, the look is amazing. You're right with the snow falling. It's so nice seeing what looks like real snow. Though I feel sorry for the cast and crew having to film in that! The ML looks awesome with his long grey hair btw! That's a good look for him. And I had no idea that was Xia Zhi Guang as the shaven headed monk! It took me a bit to recognize him. Wow, a different look for him. But I like it!
I know everyone keeps saying that, but so did the other dramas I watched so far this year that had happy endings in the novels, bad endings in the dramas! I'm still skeptical 😂

Instead of waiting for everyone to die in the end like every other drama this year we get to see everyone die in the beginning? jeez, how bad is the ending going to be? This won't be just a bad ending this will be catastrophic, An 'I'll never get over i't' kind of ending. I think I'll stop here and wait for it to finish airing before I subject myself to any more!

I hadn't even heard of this show until I saw it pop up on MDL as 'starting this week'. I've only watched the first episode so far and damn, it is really good. A dark and gritty cop show.. Love it!👍
