yeah, the two male leads are long time besties ^^ there's also a surprise bromance that happens somewhere in the middle (you'll know when and who if you watch lol) that mostly have humorous interactions.

my god.. the amount of tears this made me shed. and i already started crying from the very first ep x___x the title "want to meet you" is truly fitting.

honestly, from the music to the directing to the characters? will think about all of it for a long long time. while it's true that time travel is already my fave trope (and i am a sucker for a good romance!!) this drama really elevates what i like about stories in general :')

also i gotta say - last dance was such a perfect OST. i know they played it literally all the time but i never got annoyed lmao. it just fit!!!! (and the song was also a total banger?!!??!)

ep 2 out now on Netflix:D cant wait to watch hehe will be back with my thoughts

to elaborate… the trailer made me think that heedo had a crush on bona’s character LMAO and these days i’m super into the i want to be her vs i want to be with her trope 😭 so i thought i wasn’t gonna like the njh/ktr romance. (the umbrella scene was so cute too HELP 😭)

but ngl it helped that yijin endeared himself to me soooo fast.. i really liked his vibes from the get go. and the way they portrayed his thoughtfulness (esp the imagination of kids vs adults speech 😭) was very refreshing to me…. usually the chaebol characters (even the Fallen ones) initially talk at the FL rather than talk to them so it was nice to see him call her out in a kind way. good job yijin you have a fan in me!!!!!!!!!!!!

also on that note i wonder how bona’s char and yijin are connected.. maybe they’re siblings/related lol. i don’t wanna jump to conclusions and think they’re romantically tied 🗿

oh my god.. that was sooooo cute 😭 heedo so head empty but so charming.. bless her heart. and i was really endeared by yijin too which kinda took me by surprise????? i went into this because i was in the mood for period/nomodern setting + sports vibes but now i can see that i might just like how the romance will develop too……… what a pleasant surprise hehe

i think it’s still airing :) for the netflix kdramas i’ve watched before, they get posted when the episode is finished

of his two ahn panseok works i personally rec one spring night, but he’s more known for sitr ^^ if you’re having trouble picking which one - OSN is where he’s a single dad (the ensemble cast + plotline rly shines here) and SITR is his iconic noona drama lol (bc chemistry, also a lot more skinship-y & more couple centric)

there’s also a piece of your mind!! but while the ending is happy and the endgame is super cute i still cried nearly every ep so.. watch at your own discretion 😭

ultimately i am still comforted - i think the drama is still true to its name. winter & sad things are inevitable but we must push forward etc etc. i think what just takes me aback is that the creators really went for it and didn’t try to soften any blows. hit a little too close to home but in a good way?😭
