Started watching because LDH! And am loving every bit of it so far! Just... you know.. preparing myself for a highly possible main character death T_T
Interactions between Hee Tae and Myeong Hee look so natural and sweet that it's hard not to root for them to be together. Here's to wishing that they get their moment in May of 1980 (hoping for much longer time together please!) We wont get there right away though, with the whole engagement and marriage fiasco going on with Soo Ryeon, and I'm worried how things will go with that.
Also, definitely didnt see the quickly budding friendship between jung tae and myeong soo coming, but i enjoyed that part! Think it was the first time we saw jung tae smile too? These kids are adorable!
OMG THIS EPISODE. FINALLY WE HAVE LICHENG AND MUREN TOGETHERRR!!! Their scenes after getting together were so cute and fluffy and I just want to keep them in my pockets for being so adorkable. Mu Ren is so soft and sweet, and Licheng is just this ball of sunshine with him, and gods, I'm making no sense but I love them so much!!
Here's hoping for more sweet times ahead!! I hope that nasty vice president won't stick around for too long. I just want more ChengRen moments.
Also, that MODC reference. Nope. I wasn't ready for it. When they mentioned something about a character that died, it opened my MODC scars anew (not that it ever fully healed anyway). But so nice to see Sun Bo Xiang in here! With long hair! AHA!
Don't know if this is allowed on the comments section but... would anyone know the actual shooting locations for MODC? Most especially the location of XiangGu's first date.
YU XI GU deserved so much more in life. He worked so haaaaard for a future he will never have. And that breaks my heart. Thank you, at least, to Hao Ting for living Xi Gu's dreams for him. I can't. This is totally heart wrenching.
I'll have to pretend now that this series stopped at Ep.18. You know, just like XI GU's last age. Brutal. Absolutely.
ikr! it overshadowed the most anticipated first time that we've all been waiting for since HT's first sign of…
oh that first time scene. to me it was perfect. it was sensual but not too in your face, like more than the physical aspect of it, you can really feel the emotional side of things, their love for each other, and how much they want to give a part of themselves to the other. the music was A+ class and the lighting was just amazing. the way they played around with the sunlight makes the scene even more beautiful and divine.
there wasn't much skin shown, but it was oddly more than enough. my heart was so full and so happy - just to see Yu Xi Gu (I'm admittedly a diehard Chunchih & Yu Xi Gu stan) continuously break out of the shell he has surrounded himself with, and open himself up to other people - thanks of course to Hao Ting's persistence and love for him.
see? there were so many scenes in this episode that were really really good and heartwarming - the new apartment scene, the talking to the stars scene, the friends coming over scene, the LuSun scenes even. but we all choose to talk about that scary (still amazingly shot and produced tho) last few minutes of the episode. lol.
Not sure if anyone's posted it already, but in case anyone's looking for our beautiful piano music for the Xianggu bed scene (and yes, the ominous last scene too), here it is!
Would you know which other countries are being considered?
Thank you! *sighs* i guess taiwanese bl isnt as popular here where im from compared to thai bl. Weve had numerous thai fanmeets here but none so far for Taiwan.
Anyway, im going to Taiwan in April next year and attend whatever event is going to be held for chunchih's birthday lol

Can't wait for the next episodes! :)
Thanks in advance! :)

I'm okay with all the evil stuff as long as it's not in the canon universe. HAHA.
