Separating it to three different pages is a stupid idea. I really hate how toxic c-dramas have become recently. Now all people care about is their own idol's popularity and not the drama/plot. This is one example . Don't tell me fans are going to only watch their idol's chapter. What's the whole point?

I mentioned FlipTurtle because both FlipTurtle and Khatia Lomidze disagreed with me but one was rude and the other wasn't. There are many ways to say something and Khatia Lomidze choose the rude way.

I haven't seen Part 2 yet. Those are my thoughts after watching Part 1, which is why I posted them here. But excited to watch Part 2 if they are going to have some character developments.

Wow, I can't even post my own opinion now without being bash. I said they are like their past characters because that's the same kind of impressions they give off to me. JM and YD are both naive and silly. SF and YY are both pity and bond by responsibilities. Yang Zi is always type casted into those cheerful and bubbly roles. I wish she can do something mature like Noble Aspirations again.

Immortal Samsara was one of my most anticipating drama this year. Finished part 1 and I'm very disappointed. They have Yang Zi and Cheng Yi, two great actors but all they can come up with is Jin Mi 2.0 and Yu Si Feng 2.0. Plus the plot is very boring and repetitive. It's sad these days all production companies cares about is making a profit and not creating quality works.

Wuxia, Xianxia, Xuanhuan, Historical, Political & Costume dramas were all pulled for a third review after The Legendary Life of Queen Lau was criticised for having Japanese costume and elements in their drama. Was this before or after the extra third censorship historical dramas have to go through? If it's before then how can Tencent foreshadow the future? Not only TLP, a lot of historical dramas were delayed because of the censorship. A Love Never Lost was even pulled off air on their release date and was postponed with no updated air date. You and everyone else whining in this comment section need to stop. The drama will air after it pass all the trials and when there's a slot available.

The final discussion in Ep 12 was pretty disappointing. I think they should have given the silver medal to Chen Zheyuan since he was successfully in hiding his bad identity. Why give it to Sha Yi who didn't make any contribution?

1. There are two parts because it have two different broadcasting permits. Everyone knows it's one drama.
2. The Part 2 page was approved by MDL admins. They are the ones what set the rules. If you guys want it on one page then create your own site.

Well, your 'joking' with PeachBlossomGoddess has hurt my feelings. What I stated is a known fact and I didn't "school" her on anything. She said, "There is no such thing as Part 2" so I was trying to be helpful by commenting that there are two parts since dramas these days can't exceed 40 eps. This drama, and any other drama with two parts, are viewed by the censorship board as separate dramas and receive different broadcasting permits. Furthermore, the admins on this site allows a different page for each part since any edits needs to be approved by them.

If anyone can be called an expert for watching a lot of Chinese dramas and following c-ent news then I can be call one as well. Goodbye

The Part 1 and Part 2 are not for airing purpose but more for passing censorship. They view it as two separate dramas so there are two broadcasting licenses. No one will care about what comes afterward. And for them to air back to back is definitely a good thing.

She keeps on saying it's one drama, why part 1 and part 2 on different pages. Everyone knows it's ONE drama. This is just how the admins choose to do it. She can submit a request but it'll get rejected. If she's unhappy then she can leave and create her own site with her own rules. She doesn't need to start a cult, spamming the entire comment section with calls for having just one page and annoy others with this nonsense. I just want to read other people's comments about the drama.

The calendar have it as 56 eps total. So, part 2 should be 28 eps. This page needs to be edited.

What do you mean? I started watching Chinese dramas years ago. Just because I don’t have a strong presence in mydramalist, doesn’t mean I don’t know anything on what’s going on in c-ent.

No, it's split in two parts because of c-ent rules. Dramas can not be longer than 40 episodes.
