Rather than blaming the production team, I think the celebrities in this season are more selfish compared to last season. The team behind both seasons is the same team. So, I don't think there's any issues with the production team. The drama is nothing special. It’s just a TV channel wants to broadcast it too but scheduling for TV is always complicated. Tencent could had aired it this summer but was waiting for a slot for TV. I believe Tencent didn’t want to wait anymore so they announced an air date but got forced by the broadcast channel to postpone it.

The official account of the drama in Weibo have all the casts from the 3 chapters together. This is a full 36 eps drama. If you want, you can add the episodes for the individual chapters in the description but creating three pages is too extra. Plus there are other dramas that had chapters with different casts in each and they didn't have multiple pages.
