It’s not just South Korea look what we’re going through here in the USA. I hate it. This regime is destroying America and the world and I can’t figure out how they could be letting it go on. It’s beyond corruption disgusting. That’s why I watched these K dramas to take my mind off of the reality of what we’re living through right now.

Yes, you know it is sad and I know it exists because I’ve lived it. I have three siblings all boys. I’m the only female And there was definitely a different hierarchy between me and my brothers but then there was also the difference in my brothers roles also as far as age being a big factor so it’s not only in South Korea that this happens it also happens in the USA… It’s changing i hope I But I can’t swear to it cause I only had one child a girl, but she had a boy also only one so I can’t say how I would’ve been. If I would’ve had more children of Different genders I wonder if I would’ve treated them differently too. I don’t think so, though because I know how I felt growing up being the one that was supposed to give in to whatever My parents and brothers wanted I was the respectful child… I feel for Dami I haven’t watched this episode yet so I don’t know if her mother is going to make her give her sibling the money to get out of debt even though the mother thinks she’s doing the best for all her children. She certainly isn’t. She spoiled her boys rotten and I hope it’s not just because they’re her natural children not that it’s better that she’s doing this because one’s a girl and the other two boys even that’s wrong. … 😑👀📺

No, it’s sad but true not sure if it’s still like that nowadays cause I’m out a lot older than a lot of you but I grew up with three siblings brothers and I can honestly say that there was definitely a different hierarchy in the family dynamics as far far as male female goes. Even between my three brothers, there’s a hierarchy between the oldest and the youngest and this is in the United States so it’s Not just in South Korea that males have always been the dominating factor in a family sadly

And now we’re also getting a hint of YJ possibly showing the beginning signs of dementia I know it’s very subtle but forgetting her son‘s birthday and her husband‘s birthday. Oh wait a minute maybe she’s pregnant. Remember, she still hasn’t gone through menopause. That would be wonderful. I know she’d be happy, but also worried but her husband would be thrilled.
Yes she’s living a stressful life even more so than before she got married why because of her sister-in-law who is a horrible woman Who constantly points out that YJ is beneath them.. We’re gonna find out the general is not so pure and neither is his wife. I don’t think she had a great background either and something strange going on with the adoption. JH.

I think that’s it for me too except , she really is the most abusing & Amusing character in the show as devious as she is she cool, calm and collected, and then turned into a total maniac. The actress portraying her is doing a great job, especially since this is one of her first shows…. I watch this thinking it’ll relieves the anger and the angst that I’m getting from watching Trap of Desire , But the abusive power, in all these shows that are supposed to be by escape from the abuse of power that is actually happening in the world isn’t working ..l
He woke up in the first person he’s asking for his DH Not who are you or what happened to me. He’s faking because he’s gonna wanna take revenge on her. I bet just my thoughts anybody else think the same🤔👀📺

Ok we can see the writing of the wall. The CEO is gonna Trigger her somewhat mental stability, To convince everyone that she needs to be institutionalized this is horrible, I’m not sure how much I can watch this It can be triggering to Other vulnerable individuals. I hate that the most About these revenge, shows ,& these people rarely pay the consequences of their action. The other thing I don’t understand why do these shows keep showing how much corruption & Incompetence there is in the Medical system and the Police Departments I mean Korea does have a very strong doctor/ patient confidentiality act and here’s this doctor giving information to somebody who’s not even a family member. And has no right to her medical information especially without getting approval from her guardian he hasn’t even talked to her son about this yet. This is disgusting. I don’t care about the backhanded way where the evil ways of the evil people and what they do, but when they take somebody as vulnerable as his mother is and use her this way it’s just very upsetting…. I’m not that naïve to know it doesn’t go on, but it does go on even here in the United States. That’s for sure. I’ve experienced it but it’s still upsetting. Like I said it’s triggering. I’m not sure if I can continue to watch this blatant display of corruption & deviousness! And yes, I know it’s just a TV show but it’s a daily. I know it’s my choice to watch it or not so I’m gonna have to decide how much more I can watch the show especially since we haven’t even reached the halfway mark…🤬🥵👀📺

Can’t be that caring of a son if he lets HR belittle his mother the way she does and he knows his mother is afraid of her and uncomfortable with her yet he still tries to force her on her , That’s not a very caring son not with a mentally challenged mother as far as I’m concerned sorry just a little disagreement about that point….

Right from the first episode I didn’t like him. He played head games with ES Knowing full well that HR was very jealous even then and making her life miserable because of him I mean he left for America and then had no interest in her for 10 years , made up his mind that HR was who he was gonna be with out of greed, well good let him be with her. He deserves her. I hope she makes his life miserable. I just feel bad for his mother because she’s gonna suffer if he chooses HR., But I really don’t wanna see him with ES , he doesn’t deserve her. I just hope they’re not gonna do this thing where they’re gonna commit his mother to a mental institution which I think HR is gonna try to do try to prove she’s totally incompetent… He’s definitely a red flag walking.!

I know , but it’s so obvious I mean really the writers must think that we’re all stupid And will Feel sympathy for him because of the hard life he’s had losing his father at a young age, and his mother being mentally challenged and him being her caregiver, I have no sympathy for him, I understand he’s ambition, but to put anyone else before his mother, since she has no one else to depend on is really heartless and doesn’t matter to her anyway … I don’t know who he’s trying to impress. Certainly not his mother It’s his own ego

I agree I want to see him suffer as much as he’s made his mother suffer, having to deal with that fake heiress , Except I don’t want the mother to be part of that relationship. I want the mother to be with ES and whoever she ends up with because they’ve treated her the way she should be treated with kid gloves because she’s a Person with special needs!

he’s had 10 years to see how badly the b***h treats his mother and how frightened his mother is of her so this is just a cheap trick on the part of the writers there’s no redemption for him, he’s been the main caregiver for his mother for over a decade. He’s let her live in fear because of his girlfriend and his greed ! don’t see any way to redeem him and let him turn out to be the good guy. He’s not a good guy. He’s played headgames with ES since high school. and its time for her to move on !

Yeah, she doesn’t care about that. She’s blaming the poor girl who has a terrible background, even though it wasn’t her fault that she was The daughter of a mistress I can’t believe she doesn’t know that her new sister-in-law was the wife that was cheated on,, Yes, I agree if the right person is getting slapped, but you know what I doubt if we’re gonna see that happen cause neither of the 2 slapees are the type to do the slapping and honestly,
In probably the hundreds of K dramas I’ve watched the slapper never get slapped as much as They’ve slapped others…😅🤪👋🏼👋🏼👀📺

I like him too I liked him in his last series now I can’t even remember where we played that silly boy Web tune artist, I really hope he doesn’t turn out to be a Totally bad guy… And realizes just what MR is all about and how she’s used him to do her dirty deeds, but he somehow has an awakening and redeemed himself for all the rotten things he’s done. I mean he’s already said hes lead a Sketchy life And is under the impression that MR was his savior with the scholarship fund maybe he’s gonna find out that it Wasn’t her who helped him achieve college, but actually the chair woman Who is responsible for the scholarship fund? He’s actually a more interesting character than anyone else and maybe he will end up with ES in the end cause we know the lawyers probably not going to since his sister is gonna end up with her brother Who🤷🏻‍♀️👀📺

That would be his only redeeming quality is if he was seeking revenge for his father’s death and whatever happened to his mother to cause her mental disability, which is probably related to our husband being murdered by you know who, But we know that’s not the case right now maybe afterwards when he’s suspicious about how his father really died he might change but the way he is now he doesn’t deserve her. He deserves being with the other one and finding out that she isn’t the Heiress he thought she was, Sorry, but there’s no way he doesn’t know how she’s abused his mother. I mean this is a real flaw in the script. He knows her personality. He knows that she’s a bully and a liar plus controlling he knows his mother is terrified of her & very uncomfortable around her yet he’s choosing to ignore that.

They’re just using their old try and true scripts, If they don’t seem to realize we’ve watched so many of them that they’re getting boring and of course she choose DH Because she’s just like her Birds of a feather… By not choosing her, she’d have to accept the fact that she is just as much of a bully as DH has been cause that’s all she is is a bully… I’m really getting so tired of this slapping going on …☹️👀📺

If Only they were well deserved, I think we will both agree Who being slapped back we will enjoy watching, but I’m trying to remember her other roles in I other shows and whether or not she’s ever been slapped or has always been The slapper Slap!👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼 👋🏼

I Agree , her true nature is becoming more and more obvious and I guess her husband the general is gonna see it too. I don’t want to see him involved with SN though that would be way too much for her to get involved with another married man she should know better,& what her daughter was put through all those years because of her and JN father’s infidelity! I thought we were getting away from The violence If those things happened here in the United States, a person would be charged with assault or domestic violence , You just can’t go around putting your hands on people and hitting them like they do in these K dramas. I think it’s promoting violence myself by showing it so often especially & for no reason
