Glad to see him back , he was my first K drama crush almost 10 years ago. I think it was the first drama I watched a secret romance, and I was hooked

Don’t get me wrong it didn’t happen overnight , it took years & some devastating circumstances! hurricanes , wildfires but before that a shared love for my grandson made them realize they had to bury their differences & try to get along which lead to us being there for each other when events happened & they needed a place to stay … during those times they realized that they all had something in common and became friends and realized they could be there for each other in times of need…

I agree this. I’m just catching up on this drama. I wasn’t going to watch it because I got so tired of all the K drama , dailies the animosity towards orphans , the mother-in-law syndrome, the violence towards their own children, Control they want the male or the female child. They were all just so repetitious and all clichés. This is showing that there is a possibility of working out your differences and understanding where each other was coming from. There’s always gonna be some sort of resentment, of course, and the wonder why and I doubt if the story will go into the background as to why he felt he had to stray maybe she was too much of a housekeeper and a mother and forgot how to to be a loving wife too . Who knows maybe they were never meant to be together. They outgrew her maybe he had other needs that she couldn’t meet because she was devoted to her children maybe more so then to him, but will not know that apparently he wasn’t a serial cheater if he was faithful to her for 30 years and they seemed to have a good relationship putting all that aside who knows what caused the initial reason for him to have a wandering eye, I’m hoping that she doesn’t fall for “the general” I’m just on episode 40 something so I’m trying to catch up still, I’m still amazed after whatever her name is the villain in this her display of anger and violence in front of his mother didn’t totally turn his mother off of her to keep defending her still and wanting her. Those are selfish parents they don’t care about him. They only care about what he can do for them by being with this crazy girl who has displayed her craziness, irrational actions, jealousy in front of his mother for her to sit there and put up with it and then to tell her son to go after her and apologize something wrong with her for sure!and the violence for the brother to just punch him for telling his entitled wife to stay out of his love life , I know about domestic violence sorry to say, but K dramas they make it seem like it’s normal to be beaten slapped punched pushed by your supposedly loved ones your mother, your father, your brother it’s like they glorify it that bothers me and I think it would bother or trigger anyone who has been a victim of domestic violence!

I know it’s possible for woman to come together and bond over their children from same father …I’ve lived it as have 1000’s of other woman who have accepted their step childreN with the same amount of affection & care as they do their own biological children , my daughter & I have done it . We’ve bonded with our old relationships new families , & share holidays & special events together … no animosity just 1 big blended family who cares about each & every family member be it blood related or not … letting go of anger 😡 is very beneficial for all involved … Carrying around hatred and anger is a major cause of health issues Due to the stress involved, it takes its toll on you physically and mentally so it’s much better to try to let it all go just think of it as families working out their issues together no one upmanship just a joint cause Letting your children and even grandchildren know how much they are loved by all and not putting them in the middle of your differences is important for their well-being also! 💞💞💞💞

I can’t imagine what excuse she could make for denying her own children for all those years, I’m assuming DY was in high school when she left And hasn’t looked back since She was sticking with the money daughter because of the money in Security at whole scenario was stupid to say he was his son and I don’t know why they cater to her anyway that well I’ll tell you what I think I don’t think her mother‘s dead I think her mother might be in an institution. Maybe she was crazy and the daughter has some similar traits and that’s why they’re so overprotective to the point of nausea or she witnessed her mother committing suicide or found the body to be traumatized like she is I’m sure since there’s so many episodes left this is just the beginning of their back stories

She’s a what late 20 something year-old or even 30 something year-old that’s treated like a little girl., Including allowing her to have a temper tantrum and dictate the rules. Exactly what you said she used her to play her dad., mental illness that she lost her mother. Well she needs professional helper. Rite therapy is the only thing that’s gonna help her not giving into her does not help her and whatever her mental issues are feeling like abandoned her mother died and her father‘s provided her with everything so I don’t get that. I don’t know what so annoying the absurdity of it and I have no sympathy for their real mother even now she’s choosing the stepdaughter over her own daughters because they’re cash 💰 .Her real family would only cost her money. And obviously she doesn’t wanna share, even though she has so much and they struggled to get by..

The remorse was very short-lived , , she’s as bad as he is maybe even worse no she hasn’t been become a murderer yet, but she could be an instigator of attempted murder, absolutely She’s a greedy B***H who thinks she’s so entitled.. and if Minho continues a relationship with her, it will destroy his marriage, which I think will continue on and their children. When they do have them she would be a horrible grandmother a very bad influence. she deserves her husband. The two peas in a pod they should become, since they probably won’t be jailed for their actions to become the maintenance cleaning staff of whatever team wins the competition and work at the retirement home to be taught a lesson in humility and except that they are no better than any other person in their lives. In fact they are lower than others because of their nasty way of thinking.

Surprisingly, I really thought he could turn out to be even more ruthless than his parent because of the way they’ve pushed him pushed and how he hated GYEOL as a child and even into adulthood he even admitted he hated him . He actually turned out to be decent.guy I’m glad about that.

Yes, I’m glad gladly It only was one. Or 2 episode. He came to his senses, but now we gotta deal with the two scoundrels. I don’t know who’s worse him or her. She just keeps egging him on. I do I really wanna see them removed from the house and which ever retirement home whichever Group wins. They need to be sent to the retirement home as the janitor and the housekeeping staff , that should be their community service,forever . cause we know they’re not gonna serve any jail time. Or change their ways, he still keeps calling it an accident. It wasn’t an accident. He did it deliberately, cause he was angry 😡 and afraid that he was gonna turn him into his father besides being drunk that’s not the excuse if that accident didn’t happen he would’ve done something else to to kill him if he didn’t give up the ledger, the fact that he was gonna let the little boy die too was despicable.

Now, if others would’ve said, wait till you see episode 106 I would’ve understood your distain for His behavior but the episodes I was on 102 to 104. He was just sorting out his feelings. OK, I’m caught up seven days. Seven episodes left who will win the competition I think it’ll be a tie with both brothers working together to develop the company even more . with G as the architect of the company and M running the business end..
, The scoundrels have to be removed from the company. They become even more evil while grandfather is dying with Mrs. scoundrel egging murderer scoundrel on to do devious things to take over well we know that’s not gonna happen since he’s never gonna get punished for his crimes. Maybe they should make them work at the retirement home as garbage man & as housekeeper. Cleaner cleaners. They have to be punished somehow they don’t deserve to live in the big fancy house because they are never going to change and Always will resort to evil ways to get what they think. They deserve when they deserve nothing anymore should be made to work hard and realize what other people have to go through to live, but I don’t even think that would bring them to their senses‘s, there are two greedy narcissists, probably to the end. Be jealous.
My actual hero in th.e show is Minho , The fact that he turned out to be such a decent man with parents like he had is pretty refreshing, especially since he started off just like them as a child mean, jealous, greedy not sure what actually caused him to change. Maybe being in love because growing up in that house, he never saw what a true loving family is about & not the entitlements he was surrounded by .. .
I don’t know if I should make this a spoiler because this is just my thoughts on how the ending should be with most of them living happily ever after And those that deserve punishment since they can’t be punished by law should be punished civily And Be made to do community. service for the rest of their lives or at least 25 years

Just watch episode 106 I now understand your fury towards Gyeul , I had no idea his revenge was gonna go after the whole neighborhood to tear it down and build his retirement center that was totally uncalled for so I apologize for my comments but then again I hadn’t caught up with you guys and I kept saying it was only on episode 102-103-104 I thought he was just being Mean towards those who had wronged him not the whole neighborhood as he did, which I think was terrible. I’m still in the middle of episode 106 so again I apologize cause I really didn’t know he was gonna take his anger , Frustration and feelings of wrongdoing towards him out on everyone I misunderstood And had no idea that that that scenario was going to happen I didn’t expect that at all.. as in most kdramas keeping secrets from those involved in the situation never works out in the The beginning but then the writers wouldn’t be doing their jobs if we Aren’t surprised at some of the episodes…
What I don’t understand is how lightly they all seem to take murder. I don’t think there should be. statute of limitations on the crime Iof murder …

They’re just letting him act rudely towards them because they won’t leave him alone again to sort his emotions as I said I think the younger brother and sister are the only two people in this series who have honest feelings and emotions the rest of them are all devious and all out for themselves,, and to only make themselves feel better not totally genuine and supposedly they’re feelings for G.
