Maybe it's not everyones cup of tea, but it's definetly not bad. I guess some people wanted all the angst and plot twist, action from the start but it's actually starts light and fun, gradually revealing bits of info about past etc.. A lot of people nowdays can't wait honestly. And not even a half of eps are out so I think it's a bit early to judge the drama.

For hate I think there is 2 factors.. main one - 2 popular actors together so haters really trying everything, and another can be that some people had expected something different, maybe drama-tragedy from the get-go, so now some of them fuming for sure. But honestly, it's not drama's problem that someone expected something else

in ep 3 when we see the past it is still va voice.. hm maybe the really 1st Ruyue will have Lu's voice but for now looks unlikely >_<

yeess agree on everything and i was thinking the same about these 3 women, it would be so cool if this is all big plan but i'm trying to keep my expectations low

I was doubting should I watch since divorces and all this back and forth stuff are not my thing but I really like it so far!
The only thing that bothers me is Lu's voice omg it just not it imo. Does anyone know why Lulu didn't dub herself this time? I'm on ep 8 and still can't get used, it's just so...odd, I feel like the emotions and intonations of the voice didn't really match with emotions of the face.

Oh intresting.. i'm actually sensitive to light too but in different way - my eyes get tired really fast in dim light or dark rooms, even though I also lower brightness of screen to some extent. Dark mode usually is too dark for me, hard to read white text on black background, too much of a contrast.

FL: I do think that fl is annoying to some point, but at least in this drama she have a reason to be like that - if I remember correctly, because of her family?.. Anyway, she is also helpful and loyal, I liked the romance part with her and ML. And idk maybe because she never tried to be cute I watched without even thinking of dropping even tho I usually drop because of fls.
BROMANCE: On the other side, VERY unpopular opinion alert, I dislike the bromance in this.. I can't believe I'm saying it since I like good bl stories, but here it feels a bit over the top with some touches or innuendos, considering we can clearly see in the drama that both MLs stricly bro and like women so this bromance is unnecessary strong and idk to me looks like baiting more than anything

If you want something cute and fun - Falling into Your Smile or maybe Exclusive Fairytale. If more slow and mature slice-of-life - You Are My Glory

I'm curious why so many people use dark mode? I get it if you use it in the night, but during the day...

Ohh good characters, but personaly I would pick MLs from Happiness or When the weather is fine

idk when he divorced but probably yes. and i think most married actors still have kissing scenes if needed. like chen xiao (actor) was still married and he did even some heated kisses, so.. it is always personal choice and i will never understand why choose a genge in wich you can't act fully

Cherry Blossoms after Winter I think is not really overrated, but just the matter of taste. Even if it's not for me, objectively the plot is ok, acting is nice, I can see why other people absolutely love it

From these dramas I only tried to watch Love in the Air and Cherry Blossoms after Winter, both not my cup of tea😅
Cherry Blossoms after Winter - I didn't like 1 of the main guys (his character), dropped pretty fast, so can't really comment on this one.
But omg I will never understand why so many people like Love in the Air and rewatch it again and again. The plot is a mess - too simple then suddenly goes to some extreme themes like rape and kidnapping. Acting is also so so. Characters are inconsistent... The whole drama just feels like fanfiction from newbie wattpad author or something like that. Saw that people praise bed scenes so maybe smut is the answer why it's popular idk

Listens to other people's no.
Most people will accept "no" if it's something really important but a lot of people actually can't accept "no" as an answer when they think it's not a big deal and it's really sad. Situations like "you don't want to drink? come on it's just 1 shot" or "can't you do it for me it's just small matter pleaseeeee" etc.
If a person can't accept my "no" then I can't accept such disrespectful person as green flag
