According to new rumors, the start of filming has been moved up to early March.
The rumors were like that at first. But later it was said that filming would begin in March. And you’re right: the opening ceremony and the start of filming are two different things. After all, if the opening ceremony is held on February 27, two days later it’s already March 1. There isn’t much distance in between.

PXR and ZYC fans had strongly objected on Weibo. That’s why the director said he was working to preserve the original voices. So I believe they’ll secure iQiyi’s consent and begin dubbing once the actors have some spare time. Maybe Winwin and Yang Xi Zi will also do their own dubbing when they are available then. For now, Winwin is busy with filming and doesn’t have time for dubbing yet. I’m afraid ZYC won’t be available soon either, since he has two dramas to shoot in January and March.

As far as I can see, TBBM always releases content during China’s special holidays. It doesn’t pay much attention to national holidays. I think we’ll see new content during the Chinese New Year.

does anyone have an idea when this would air?
Actually, I think it might be released around March–April. The delay is because the actors are using their original voices. Fans collectively objected to the director, and the director said he was working on keeping the original voices.

Something’s going on, but I don’t know what. The only thing I know is that the promotional content for this drama is lacking.

I hope all the main leads come together to promote the drama during its airing. What I want most is for the team to introduce the drama together. Also, these Chinese fans are very strange. They once protested about the actors doing their own dubbing, and the TBBM production team received the feedback. But on other issues, the fans don’t react.

Actually, I generally like the drama. I like Bing Zhu’s character and role more.

Also, thank you for sharing your thoughts with me♡

I respect your point of view. But it doesn’t seem very logical to me 🥲. Someone who never gives up on their love wouldn’t fall in love so easily. At the very least, he should have treated Xiao Yao badly for a few months. Just like how Fan Yue treated Bai Shuo in MM, for example.

I feel like HuanRui is trying to ruin this drama. They were already the production company behind Peng Xiao Ran’s LaC drama. We all know very well how they treated LaC and PXR there. They didn’t even organize an event to promote LaC. Now they’re doing the same thing to TBBM. At the beginning of last year, they released short videos and posters to promote this drama. But after that, the quality of the content started to decline. It’s been a year, and there’s still no news about its release. They’re not even trying to promote the drama. Releasing a poster or a promotional video for the New Year would have helped the drama gain more recognition. Yet they don’t even want to do that. Do they lack the ability to promote, or do they simply not want to?

I just hope they don’t ruin TBBM the way they made camera mistakes in Cheng Yi’s TJoL drama and destroyed the script in LaC. Recently, HuanRui seems intent on ruining their dramas and using that to gather hate against the actors. But they don’t realize that if a drama gains a bad reputation, as the production company, they will also be affected.

No poster or still for New Year?!?
This time they didn’t publish any content. In the past, they used to share something on every special occasion. This situation worries me

That’s exactly what I mean. She looks like Ning An. She definitely shouldn’t have fallen in love so quickly. After all, she was once emotionally manipulated and killed. Even just because of that face, she should have kept her distance. In Ning An, she was tolerant toward demons. And in Hong Ye, that was the reason he liked her. That’s why she should have been more cautious and kept her distance from Xiao Yao.

Title The Unclouded Soul Spoiler
I’m writing from episode 7:
If Hong Ye had been awake for a hundred years and then met Xiao Yao, I would say that after suffering for so long, falling in love again would feel like medicine to him. But this man slept for 100 years. He woke up, saw Xiao Yao, and was immediately captivated. Now on the boat he says, “I realized the past is like drifting clouds.” This feels so ridiculous to me. He hasn’t even been awake for a month, hasn’t overcome the impact of those old events, so how can he fall in love again? The scriptwriter really messed up here. And in almost every Chinese drama, the writers make the male characters emotionless and only focused on the female lead, like children who do whatever she says, just to justify the female character. The same kind of thing happened in Coroner’s Diary too. I’m really disturbed by these situations in Chinese dramas.

Da Cheng said he would enter the set in January. But what I’m wondering is whether by ‘entering the set’ he meant working on his role before the drama officially begins, or actually filming a series. In March, he is scheduled to shoot a drama called Feng Wu Jiu Tian. So I’m curious if entering the set in January is related to Feng Wu Jiu Tian.

Da Cheng also said he will attend many galas next year. I hope 2026 will be wonderful for ZYC. He faced a lot of difficulties in 2025.
