If Zheng Ye Cheng is in a drama, it can never be boring. I just thought the storyline might appeal more to Chinese audiences. But DC’s style in this drama will also attract international audiences — not just viewers in China.

I’m not sure how right it is to watch Ultimate Note after this series. But it definitely doesn’t measure up to the cast of Time Raiders. Where’s my Xu Zhen Xuan, where’s Cheng Xiang, where’s Chuan Ye (Pang Zi)? I really hope Season 2 of TR will be different from the Ultimate series. I don’t want to rewatch the same storyline again. Otherwise, I won’t be able to feel that excitement.

The bond between Pan Zi and Wu Xie was my favorite relationship in the drama. It was sad that Pan Zi wasn’t there during the ship adventure. Also, the way he kept calling Wu Xie “third young master” and constantly worrying about his safety was such a beautiful detail.
