I can't imagine anyone else playing Na Moo but Jang Ki Yong. I'm so proud of him for choosing to play such a complex character as his first lead role. It's hard to believe that he wasn't originally an actor because he expresses emotions through his eyes and facial expressions so well. Hope he gains a lot of recognition after this ❤❤
I keep going back to the ending scene of episode 6. The way he held her, the way they gazed at each other, the pain and longing in his eyes, the beautiful music...everything about it is just perfect. I haven't seen such a powerful scene in a really long time.
This drama has completely exceeded my expectations and I think it might become one of my favourites of 2018 ♥
He honestly had a lot of potential to make it big, which is unfortunate, but he should've known that his career would come to an end due to such actions. I wasn't exactly a huge fan of his (I've watched a few of his works) but this is really disappointing to hear.
I really appreciate that Song Geu Rim is an emotionally healthy character. She controls her emotions extremely well and still acts respectfully despite all the crap she's given. In most situations, like Writer La (her character is extremely annoying and immature) had said, you would've expected Geu Rim to scream and cry but she stays calm and tries to find the positive in situations. As more of an introvert, her behavior and response to situations is definitely something I can relate to.
There have been a few cute scenes and I do see chemistry between the leads, but for me I haven't really been able to connect to all the characters or the story on an emotional level. It's a simple rom-com and the leads are doing well, so I'm satisfied. Hopefully the pace of the drama moves a little quicker in the next episodes!
Hope Park Bo Young graces our screens again soon and I'm really excited about About Time! I'm waiting on Han Hyo Joo and Kim Go Eun's drama comebacks <3
