Technically, the moon wouldn't crash into Earth due to gravitational forces (the Roche limit). Instead, the moon…
The Roche limit for the Moon approaching earth is only 9,492 km, which is less than the diameter of the earth - all life is doomed ), although a really deep watertight bunker located in just the right place might save the people in it. But what would be the point? If earth were ever habitable again it would be too far in the future to imagine.
Funny that people have no problem with ghost-human love stories, but THIS is the deal-breaker.
That was torture to watch - not only because of the terrible sound editing, but the contrived suffering porn. This whole story is just a string of tropes ratcheted up to Mexican soap opera level.
I would never take Sky back after he ghosted me for two weeks - how can you trust someone like that? And over nothing. What happens when we inevitably have a fight about something serious? Clearly it would be resolved by communication. And I would never take somene back who broke into my apartment and read my private papers - is this the Transgression Olympics?
I'm sorry that Mame's father didn't love her, but do we need every story have an infantilized uke with a seme parent? Once might be interesting, but the same thing over and over...
On the bright side, Fort tricked me. He really is an excellent actor, not just a pretty face. But there is no chance I'm subjecting myself to next week's ep.
This is a huge disappointment - I was downright excited to get to Sky's story from Ep. I loved his knowing and sassy character - here he's just an infantile mess. When Rain looks like the mature one, you know there's something wrong with you.
A beautiful review. I think a lot of people missed the themes of the series - you can tell from the negative reviews that people watched this with the preconception that the story's only obligation was to provide cute boys being cute to each other.
I loved Sky during Rain's story, but less in his own. But for me he's by far the most attractive man in the series. I think maybe his partner is less interesting than Rain's, which is the issue more than Sky himself. Although Sky was delightfully sassy in the first half, but they made him weak and submissive in the second half, because Mame is incapable of imagining a different type of relationship.
That was pretty good. The story is well-thought out and coherent, but the chemistry isn't too great and the clear MVP this ep was Boy. Well, second MVP after Tod's shorts.
It's a little dull, though, for a ghost story - I'm glad there are ghost rules, but way too much detail. Im surpised they didn't whip out a merit point expediture chart.
All the writer has to do was literally have someone foul Nhai by slamming into him...same effect and it would've…
Or even get hit by the ball and fall down a staircase or something. Anything. Actually, what would have been great is if the basketball hit Ai, causing him to trip, and Nhai catches him, but because he's a scrawny uke it throws out his back.
But up until now there is NO STORY, NO PLOT lol who are we kidding?
True, but I guess what I'm saying is that the lack of plot IS the plot. The plot is "A very annoying person agrees to be a nice guy's boyfiend if the nice guy can put up with how annoying he is for a month-long trial period."
Hence, the story is Nhai being annoying and Ai putting up with it.
If the writing is terrible, it will be more of what we've gotten so far. If the writing is good, Ai WON'T put up with how annoying Nhai is, and Nhai will have to pursue Ai and convince him that it can work.
I think we all know it will be the first option, but what is life without hope?
Hmm. Mixed feelings. Super happy to see Fluke unchained from his talking mannequin, but the acting in this looked not so great. Hopefully it's just things they quickly threw together for the trailer. Also, the plot looked messy, but that's not necessarily the end of the world.
But that was the new Gold Standard for awful kisses and that tree scene was really stupid - as if they're taking tired cliches and dialing them up to their maximum setting. That might work if it's a comedy and they dial them up way past maximum setting, but we'll see.
I don't think Ping is that bad - wasn't it more of a whine than a cry? He does a good job of showing attraction…
This series is terrible - but in a way that's enjoyable. It's so OTT ridiculous. Somewhere above are my own commnets about it, All I'm saying here is that I don't think Ping is the weak link - Meen isn't a better actor, he's just a lot sexier and he's playing a more sympathetic character.
