When it comes to being a minor, one does not have to be tied up nor drugged for it to be considered rape. Rape is non consensual sex in any context. The fact that he was a minor and the teacher was an adult is an example of statutory rape. That means that, even if he said “yes,” it is still no consensual because he is a ✨minor.✨ honestly the fact that this is your standpoint and your beliefs on this situation is alarming.
