would've rated this 10/10 if they didn't pull the break up and time jump trope...
I agree!
I don't know if the people deeming it necessary are aware of what a relationship is.
But many people are saying they both needed to find themselves individually but being in a relationship does not sacrifice your individuality at all! If anything, communication is key.
As much as I love Last Twilight, and can understand the breakup to some extent, it destroys all the progress that was made and contradicts the meaning of the story.

I agree with you but I still think you should really try it because it's honestly one of the best BLs I've ever…
I didn’t specify, but I have seen its entirety beside the newest episode! I love it, which is why I’m disappointed in the decision to separate them. I might hold off until next week.
Haven’t seen it yet, but now I don’t want to because I seriously hate the “break up and then reunite years later” trope . I feel like everything just goes down the drain at that point.
if this show isn't for you that's fine, but may I remind you that we are finally getting great representation of a gay relationship, one that 90% of BLS don't depict (you would think they would considering it is lgbt).
a lot of people have only ever praised mediocracy that harms the queer community and is made for fetish purposes, while a show that is made for queer & disabled people is overlooked & called boring. if you are not part of the lgbtq+ community, please refrain from speaking about what is good representation and what isn't. As for the disability part, I have no say in that and would understand if it were/weren't considered ableist.
since it's realistic to some extent, how could it not come across as boring? we have small conversations with people every day, a redundant routine, restlessness. life is "boring." but sometimes we enjoy it, sometimes shit happens, sometimes our habits are disrupted, just as it is demonstrated in the show.
and about the acting--jimmysea are far better than a good amount under that company. just because they are not popular, does not mean they are bad.
maybe if we praised BLS like this more than the others, we would get better representation. but for now, Last Twilight is by far one the greatest.
I rarely cry too but. Cried at night scene with her mom.
LT is more serious & depicts a realistic gay couple. It is a romance show for the queer community. It’s good representation compared to 90% of “Bls” that do more harm than good for the community.
They are clearly different, Pit Babe falls into that BL category rather than a queer romance. Which might be why you don’t enjoy LT as much! There’s nothing wrong with that though.
THE ENDING THAT I WANT : Mhok got married with Day.. he opens his own restaurant and they have a cute little house…
That would be perfect.
I need to see JimmySea with children again, they left me hanging with the Vice Versa Our Skyy episodes :( I need a whole series of them being parents lol
So people are saying that Mhok and Day r going to break up bc that's what happens in the novel-- but I don't see any reason for them to do that.
They have constantly shown that they are willing to stick together no matter what, and it would be very contradictory to their whole "I won't let you let go of my hand" scene where they basically vow to stay by each other's side despite future circumstances.
I'm not too fond of the whole break up and then suddenly reunite years later concept. I love this show, but if that is what happens, it might ruin it for me. A breakup isn't necessary to show the ups and downs of a relationship.
Unless it's done well, but I don't think I've ever seen it be done well.
Just out of curiosity IF they had chosen another pairing to star in Last Twilight, which couple do you think could…
While I don't think any pairing would be able to pull off Mhok and Day, other actors from GMMTV probably could.
I feel like Mix would do an awesome job as Day, or maybe Fourth. Mhok is a hard one, maybe Gawin, or this might be controversial but Perth (he's an extremely talented actor, I'm so upset with how the way Dangerous Romance turned out to be!)

People seem to only be praising it for the steamy scenes, it’s Love in the Air all over again.

Again, I feel it is very contradictory to who they are.

Any thoughts?
