No I didn’t answer my own question. At least 4% of korea’s population is part of the LGBTQ, so it makes perfect sense that out of a group of 456 people one is trans. How do you even know the character is trash? The show isn’t out yet. I also don’t understand what you are talking about when you mention korea and the west. Even though it’s a korean show many westerners are still gonna watch it. Lol

Your comment was ridiculous. How does there being a trans character make it woke? It’s not like it’s unrealistic in that way, and the fact that they’ve added representation in this way is great. Whether you like it or not there are many trans and LGBTQ people in society and movies and TV shows shouldn’t just disregard their existence because it’s supposedly ‘woke’

yeah there’s no way they watched over 400 dramas in a year and a half. If I say the average drama is 16 eps with 1 hour episodes, that means they spent 6400 hours or 267 days straight watching dramas

this is the second time someone has asked this here lol I don’t know people like him so much but there’s no confirmation for now, I’d say it’s likely though since they haven’t confirmed a lot of the cast, Hong Minki isn’t even confirmed people just recognised him in a picture on set wearing his characters jacket

just watched the teaser, it looks ehh - i’m a big fan of the manhwa and i don’t really like the tone of it, it’s too goofy but we’ll have to see i guess

The only thing that is basic is the story, though in season 2 the story gets way more interesting. The acting and directing is top tier, the structure is really engaging and it’s hard to put it down once you start, the music is also amazing and fits the atmosphere of the show so well, cinematography is great, pacing is basically perfect, choreography is very solid, characters are very interesting especially after episode 4, I could go on
