I appreciate this critical review. I waited for this drama for over a year but became a bit too busy around the time it aired. MDL and other blogs I visited seem like echo chambers - overly positive or overly negative(some grudges towards some of the actors/actresses)

I'm worried because I love Hou Ming Hao's projects but I refuse to watch something subpar or even bad with the short free-time I have to myself.

Glad to see he's still in such popular demand! This actor is a chameleon. He is already outperfoming many of the Korean actors of his agree group. I'm not a strong fan of his, but the effort is undeniable. Fighting!
