FaVorite Underrated Actress. I hope her most recent dating rumors, if true, don't bring her down. You can date whoever you want! If Son Ye Jin can fall in love with and marry a co-star, what can netizens do? NOTHING!
Song Wei Long is back! And thank GOD they've paired him with a strong co-star, Vicky Chen !! (acting-wise at least) Wishing good luck and a good script to Vicky And Song!
I wanted to watch this drama but got a bit annoyed by the moral signaling and arguments based on the genre alone from Viki reviews (not that anyone should look to Viki reviewers as any type of final decider LMAO)
Anyway, I just want to see where they take this, and how they tell this story. Sure, we ALL know pedophilia is bad, and we know these relationships are wrong, but THEY HAPPEN ANYWAY. So, it's important to know: How do these feelings arise? How do we combat them?
So, that out of the way, I will venture into these murky waters. I'll see you on the other side.
Lol, I can understand your frustration that people don't give a shit about that borefest 'may I help you' for…
You're quite the elitist hypocrite... You generalize and target other people for their viewing decisions and then when you get it back (altough in a bit less covert manner, I concur) you spasm?
The internet is a funny place. Though I agree with you, Reborn Rich focuses heavily on business revenge and hostile economic takeovers. So if you don't like that genre why would you watch the show in the 1st place? It seems like you're just trying to be a contrarian and a go against what the majority likes. Which is fine, but My God, at least read the synopsis first.
You're not hurt but you infantilize someone...then tell them to off themselves... Glorious.
Easily one of the best actors in the world. Sad that there aren't many comments here.
Sad indeed. MDL is fueled with fans of the current generation. It's the cycle of following youth I guess. Though there are some like you and I that appreciate older actors, there were older actors before them that we also ignore.
I recently saw a comment saying Seo Ji Hoon is an actor "that is just meant to be a second lead.." So, lets put the SML Argument to rest.
At this point I'm pretty sure that he or his agency might be resting on it as a safer option to build up his filmography. I obviously am not deep in the entertainment industry, but based on my knowledge of other examples, to make this a cycle will just hinder his acting career (if he's serious about it, which he seems to be). But now that I think about it, hes young, he has time. I guess I'm just holding on to his acting from Solomon's Perjury / MTSB and his recent work. I feel he's being wasted.
Devoiding him of a chance to show his acting prowess as a main star can result in a typecast. Once again, it depends on if he's in it for the money or to really build his craft. From what I've seen of him it appears to be the latter...
And even so, I don't believe in the argument that some actors are meant to be a 'second lead.' 1.) That term was coined mostly in relation to romance dramas, where there are two guys fighting over a woman and there's the winner/loser. Being stuck in that kind of role for a long time will just make your acting look, well, predictable. On the other hand, there are the support role, or minor role characters within a series. Those are very important and help drive the series forward. But lets be honest. No matter how powerful a supporting character is in a series, they still ultimately get overshadowed by the A-Plot of the Main Characters. I refuse to believe that anyone going into an acting career, whether just for money or to take it as their main job, will be satisfied just being a supporting character all the time.
I've watched two episodes of this. It's good but not my cup of tea.I can tell Daylight entertainment is trying…
Yeah. It's something I'm just watching while studying for my final exams because I don't have to focus too much, lol. Very meandering pace and it's like a local gov't slice of life...
Holy shit I should coin that term. "local gov't slice of life"
That girlfriend is so weird. So your boyfriend had an ex... so? They work at different firms and the ex(although your boss) is happily with someone else.
I don't know why she is threatened. I hate when shows portray women as overly jealous for no reason like this
ALSO EDIT WTH I SCROLLED DOWN AND REALIZED THIS SERIES HAS ALREADY ENDED SOMEWHERE ELSE??? AND I READ SOME SPOILERS NOOOO! I guess I'm ending the series whenever one of the leads says "I love you" first
I'm actually Korean who LOVE and much prefer c-drama rather than K-drama(I watch like 90 percent C-drama and 10…
Agreed. At least with traditional Cdramas the pairing suffering is at least more tolerable, but with modern dramas ?! Come on guys, your ex isn't the Crown Prince and your boyfriend didn't murder half your clan when you were four. Just talk things out LMAOAO
The worries of a village going through modern plans are shown very delicately here. I'm torn between them losing their ancestral homes/ownership and the 'bigger' picture the committee of the county is trying to create for them.
Haha, Hu Ge plays his part quite well. He reminds me of a Principle in charge of a new school...always "fml" and tired, but smiling at everyone so no one notices. <3
It's boring with little romance, not worth the hype. The only good thing about this is the 3 beautiful women involved…
If you watched it for romance... no comment.
Also I can tell you're a serial skipper because the plot and political intrigue adds up and plays into each other. So if you found this 'boring' you either couldn't keep up OR completely disregarded the synopsis when you started watching.
I'm sick of Chinese/Korean actresses living in fear of dating scandals etc. Netizens should suck it up!

In no way does this movie portray her as self loving and correct. The audience is obviously saddened and warned by her greed.
It also helps that he has a good-natured personality and doesn't run off at the mouth or act cocky like some people
