Im not saying she did wrong for rejecting him while she was engaged. I say the scriptwriters did wrong for engaging her to somebody else. Or for creating love triangles in general.

But that's not the only moment she was indifferent. It's a pitty, because there were a few episodes were they started having sparkles around them, like when she healed his arrow wound. But then she seemed not only to start likeing the otehr guy, but to even feel uncomfortable around ML

The last scene Ive seen, he is injured at home, and she goes visit him (forced by her dad), and she doesnt want anything more than to leave and be rid of him. It's pretty disgusting.

And Im not saying she HAS to like him... if this was real life. But this is a romance. A "love like the galaxy". And the only one loving like the galaxy is him

That's the problem of this romance. It's very onesided. It's made for girl watcher guilty pleasure. Im still at episode 22, but it's not cute at all.

And about jealusy, same thing. I dont mean ML is unlikeable because he is too jealous, like in other shows. I said it's disgusting that ML has to bear jealous scenes of FL being with not only one but 2 other guys!!!!

It's exactly how you say. FL is strong, independant, and has ML crazy for her, doing all the work, and enduring all her indifference and scenes with other guys. Sweet my ass...

And don't get me wrong. Everything else about the show is amazing. But the love triangles, and "onesideness" of their love... is terrible

Depends. If you find unlikeable for FL having 2 other love interests, even getting engaged to one of them.... right infront of ML when he was happily going to see her, later starting dating ML just to use him and only start likeing him later, and then close to the end breaking up with him for 5 years.... then maybe this is not for you.
Besides all that, she is very likeable, clever, pretty, fun.... but yeah, regarding how he treats ML in most parts of the show.... pretty unlikeable

I finally decided to watch this show even knowing it has some annoying things.
But it is clear to me that most of the high ratings come from girls wanting FL to have a harem and watching ML get jealous over her.

Well, I admit the rest is good. But these 2 things are disgusting.

Her first kiss is with ML. She is in no real relationship with any other guy.
With a guy from her class she thinks she may like him and starts going on a few dates with him. But then it suddenly ends, without anything really happening. They make it feel that she didnt really like him, she was just trying.
And with the otehr guys, its not even dating, she likes one, but he is a senior and he is a good guy and doesnt like her back. He also appears very little. And there are 2 other guys that aproach her while she is already dating ML. They just harrass her in a few scenes and that's it

yup, this is a pretty common trope in asian dramas. almost every time that there is a problem in the relationship, it's always MLs fault. and he has to apologize BIG time. the few cases were it was FLs fault, it's always no problem, fixed with no apology at all.

also, you made a good point. ML is strong Infront of every other woman, but weak Infront of FL. but FL is weak Infront if every other guy, and strong Infront of ML

I still don't think it was terrible. there are shows where this things are.more annoying. here it was all made with quite a comic tone. I thing the show is not great, but still goos

yup. Encounter is so good that I rated it high despite the annoying breakup. but without it it would be SO good

i read those comments about him turning into the typical cold CEO and I disagree. well, I think it just happens in one episode, I think it's ep19. but that episode is terrible in more ways than that. he turns completely pushy, even toxic, but FL also behaves terrible in that episode. she clearly wanted to go back with him, and they almost did... and suddenly in this episode it looks like that wasn't so and she just seems annoyed when she sees him and... it all just doesn't make sense. it seems they wanted a dramatic episode.befoee the get together because both ML and FL didn't behave in that episode like they did before and after

also, thank you for your recommendations, and for your calm responses when I'm raging a bit. I Dona lot of research before starting a show and when after that I still find many... "dramatic" scenes, I'm quite sad about it.

I have watched hidden love and loved it. don't know the other you mentioned. I dropped who rules the world because I couldn't stand so much politics

everyone except the ones recommending the story when I said I don't like melodrama.

"watch how ML looks at FL". yeah, ML, that is one of the problems. I know he will be loving towards her most of the show. the problem is her. she will like another guy, and another, and then try to use ML, then the show will be beautiful for a while and then she will break up with him.

I have it on hold right now, and if I feel strong to endure all that bullshit, I will try. I know it's good. I loved how clever FL is the the 10 episodes I've watched. but I dislike scenes that make you feel bad, and it seems to have too many

Well, but I dont want things to make sense. I want a beautiful story. And FL likeing 2 other men then dating ML for several episodes without really likeing him, and worst of all, a friking 5 year breakup with only a last episode happy ending, and to top it all, with the typical trope of all being MLs fault like aaaalways, and FL needing to forgive ML like aaaaalways....

I dont find that beatiful, no matter if it makes sense in the story

but I'm not talking about her thinking he is a good match or not. it's about education. her daughter is being absolutely polite while she is being a jerk, and it's her who lashes out mad about how her daughter is talking to her.it has to do with culture. in Asia it seems disagreeing with your elders is very bad. even if they are wrong. seems you have to shut up and obey, just because they are elders.

you can give spoilers, but I already read a recap. it sounds terrible to me. if I want intriguing endings,I watch mystery or thrillers. if I watch a romance, I want satisfying scenes. a breakup in episode 50, a frikin 5 year separation, and a get back together in episode 55 of 56 sounds absolutely terrible.

I can endure problems between them in the first half of a show. but if there is 5 frikin episodes left, you better let me finally enjoy them together, not break them apart until the very end

And what episode is this? Give me some good news because all I read about the show is terrible.

Really, well Im about to drop it after reading comments telling me that:

1. She will be several episodes with another guy
2. She only starts likeing him in episode 27 even after being together since 22. Great another show where ML has all the weight of the "loving" on his shoulders.
3. Theres a friking 5 year breakup close to the end
