Just finished rewatching it. Even better than the first time. I gave it a 92 last time, increased it to 99.

This show is a constant stream of satisfying moments. You know when you are watching a drama and sometimes something very satisfying happens? Like finally solving a problem, or defeating an annoying rival or making relationship public and everybody cheering or things like this that make your body tingle? Well this show has one or several moments like this IN EVERY episode. It's a frikin generator of dopamine xD

The only way you wont like this show is of you are looking for realism or if you want to see the leads struggle. This is an unrealistic show where both leads are the best at everything. It is made to create tons of satisfying moments. They crush every small attempt at creating a problem for them, never distrust eachother for half a second, and are amazing since episode 1. There is also not a single feelbad moment in the entire show

So yeah, while unrealistic, its the show with most satisfying moments by a large margin.

Finished the first episode. It's a pitty, because it looks really cool. But the subtitles are so bad I feel Im missing too much stuff, I wont continue

Watched half of the first episode and the subtitles are indeed terrible as some here say. Is it even worth continuing?

The script doesnt make their relationship sweet. It seems it just tries to be satisfying for girls who like attention. It's all the time ML chasing her, promising he is going to change for her, asking for forgivenes, adoring any small thing she does for him or fighting with sML over FL.
At the start they show him as a narcissist, just to make it feel more satisfying for that audience when he then turns into a puppy that just wants to please FL.

At least her acting saves it a bit, she manages to at least act sweet towards him. It's the script that sucks

- Around episode 7 ML realises he likes FL
- In episode 9 he decides to start pursing her
- In episode 12 he confesses and she says he will be on probation
- In episode 14 it finally seems they are going to be a couple and have a real date
- But right after that date she discovers he lied about something and they "break up", if you can even call it break up after just one date
- In episode 16 they make up and start dating for real
- In episode 18 he proposes and she says yes

There is a very annoying love triangle between episodes 10 and 15. With several scenes showing the girl having one guy at each side trying to please her, or FL going to the movies with sML while ML thought she was going with him.... Very annoying

Edit: I thought about it and maybe I was too harsh. The middle episodes are like I described, but it's true that FL is nice to him too. It's true that the script looks for events that make ML constantly be the one after her, but don't think FL isn't nice to him because of that. She brings him food while he is working, cares for him each time he is sick, when they make up and he apologizes (again) she apologizes too for having let him do all the chasing, which I think was sweet. So yeah, show tries to be like I said above, but FL is still nice to him

Both lead actors are pretty good.
The comedy is decent. I laughed some times, but not often.
The romance... is the bad part. It's not the actors problem tho. The script doesnt make it sweet. More details under spoilers.

Im sad for the actors for giving it a low score, they did great. But I just couldnt stand the dynamic of their relationship.

Oh man, i was already not really enjoying it at episode 10, hoping it would start soon to be sweet. And now the love triangle just started, and I read your comment... So it gets even worse? pff

I wonder where all those good reviews in the comments come from. Maybe the ending is very happy, but come on, you cant base an entire show on a good ending

I really dont understand what the normal level of modesty in china is. It's so different from one show to another. In some shows even after going out for months they dont sleep in the same bed. Here, they are still just coworkers and they hang a transparent cloth in the middle of the bed and they can sleep together no problem.

- First episode he avoids her because he doesnt want to answer her questions about a lawyers case
- End of episode 1 he discovers she is the childhood friend he has been looking for
- He sarts pursuing her but doesnt tell her who he is
- Once he is about to tell her, but just before that, in a game he says the one he likes he has been liking for a long time, since she believes that must be another girl, she avoids him and he cant tell her the truth
- Episode 10 she discovers the truth and he confesses
- She says she needs a bit of time, but they are already cute together
- Episode 13 they get oficially together. They will never break up and besides a one time quarrel, they are flawless with eachother all the time
- End of episode 18 they have their only quarrel. They dont break up, they are just mad at eachother
- Episode 20 they fix it.
- Episode 21 they go visit her family. They love him
- Episode 27 they go for new years eve to his grandparents and parents house. They love her. Second couple is here too since sML is family
- Episode 28 they marry, then we see her pregnant with twins and at the very end we see the twins.

There are 2 love triangles, one in each side. They arent almost annoying. I wont say 0, because they cause a tiny bit of trouble, but almost nothing.

First, the girl that likes ML is the one that makes FL think ML isnt talking about her when he says he liked somebody for a long time. Later the quarrel they have is because ML is jealous of the guy that likes FL. But both are absolutly onesided loves and both leads clearly reject them. I dislike even slight love triangles, and this ones were only very mildly annoying. Almost nothing

Just finished rewatching it one year later. The first time I gave it a 90/100. I now lowered the score a bit. It's still very good, but not so much as I remembered

pros:
- Very funny. One of the most fun of this type of shows
- Lots of sweet moments and including tons of kisses
- VERY lighthearted. No bad characters at all.
- Beautiful ending. One of the best. And it's a long beautiful ending, not just a wrap up.

cons:
- I didnt remember this from the first watch, but I didnt quite like their "dynamic". And by that I mean that he teases her a lot. And there are sweet teases, but I didnt find them sweet. He teases her by leaning "forcefully" onto her, or similar things, and makes her often uncomfortable. It's not really forcefull, he is teasing her, but I found it more uncomfortable than sweet. Often after "teasing" her that way, she tries to evade him or run away, than he grabs her, and then the joke ends and they are sweet. But I didnt quite like this dynamic.
This doesnt mean every sweet moment is like this, and she looks for him physically also many times.

Dont let this negative point discourage you, it only made me lower the score a bit from my past 90 to 85, its still an amazing show, lots of sweetness and cute moments, both show their love constantly, their friends and family are all awesome and supportive and the ending is beautiful.

I recently saw falling into you 2022, and I think it was one of the cdramas Ive seen with more skinship (once they get together)

I just saw this girl in a drama for the first time and wow, what an amazing acting she did in "Meeting You"

- At the start, ML has social phobia, and FL is TERRIBLE with studies. They met long ago as young children and were besties, but for some reason were separated.
- ML joins FLs class, they dont recognize eachother.
- ML first recognizes FL because she carries a pendant he made for her.
- In episode 3, ML shows her the same amulet so she recognizes him too.
- Ok, that's it, from this moment on... omg they are inseparable and amazing all the way until the end.
- First they arent romantically together. But omg are they great together at this point already. They dont even look secretly in love or anything. They dont seem to yet have romantic intersts, but at the same time... its so sweet to see them at this point
- I think in episode 9 you can start to see they start having romantic interest in eachoter. This is more a personal feeling.
- At some point around here, everybody already starts considering them a couple, even when they arent. They keep being amazing, and it doesnt happen like in other shows where you scream to yourself: Get together already!!! They are just so good without being officially together, that you dont mind. And I usually cant wait for leads to get together in other shows
- In episode 18 they officially become a couple.
- They never break up, they never quarrel and as far as we know, they never spend a single day apart.

Most beautiful love story Ive seen in a drama. Altho, quite unrealistic.

Just finished it. OMG what a wonderful story. Just... beautiful.

I just gave it my highest rating of all the romance dramas Ive seen, and Im talking about 120 kdramas + cdramas. It is simply beautiful.

If you watch a romance for the beautiful story, the sweetness and the satisfying moments, there is no better show than this one. But it is not a realistic story. I dont watch romances for realistic stories, but for satisfying moments, so for me it was perfect.
Let me give you an example. The leads put the other lead above EVERYTHING else. Above their careers, above their most trusted friends.... and they dont even do it in a shy way. They let everybody know that nothing matters more than the other one. I mean, this is not a good thing in real life. They almost look to need eachother to function properly. This wouldnt be healthy in real life. But this is a romance drama, and here... I love it.
Also, their dependancy is justified because it's a bit the main plot of the show. Both start flawed, he has social phobia but is a genius and she is VERY charismatic and has a strong character but is TERRIBLE in studies. And together they "fix" the other one"

So yeah, if you like realistic romance stories, maybe its not your cup of tea. If you just want a beautiful and sweet story, there is no drama like this one.

Also, there is 0 angst, 0 love triangles and 0 toxicity

Oh yeah, almost forgot, secondary couple love story drags for too long. That one isnt good.

I completly agree. They don't give us even a couple episodes to enjoy them without some fight or missfortune happening

- ML starts likeing her romantically almsot from the beginning.
- This is a personal opinion, but for me, she liked him a lot as a friend and sportsman, but didnt really like him romantically until later, I would say episode 15. Still, they are amazing working together since episode 1.
- They get together in episode 17. From this point on they never break up or even quarrel. Altho he pouts several times because of being jealous or clingy.
- Not much left to say, the start was nice, but episodes 17 to 26, when they are together, are a pleaseure to watch.

You could say there is a love triangle. Well, there is. And it lasts a long time. But let me tell you I hate even ligh love triangles and this one wasnt bad at all. Yes, there is a guy for almost the entire show that likes FL, and he is always close by. But hear me out. He is very nice. And I dont mean nice to FL, I dont like those triangles either. He is nice to ML too and to them as a couple. He is a very old friend of FL and he does not only help FL but also ML constantly. And while he teases ML a bit before the leads get together, it is in a comical tone, and after the leads get together, he wishes them all the best.
Also, FL never liked him romantically, they are just good friends. Again, I hate love triangles, and if I would read about this one, it would sound bad for me, but watching it, it isnt at all.

A very lighthearted romance with a lot of chemistry. Leads are awesome to eachother the entire show.

I must say MLs character isnt as perfect here as in other shows like Forever Love and To fly with you. He is too childish, clingy and jealous. But even with this, the romance is great between them.

Before they are a couple, they are great working together. And after they are a couple, they are flawless

Also, if you like paassionate scenes, for an asian show, this one has very hot kisses and skinship scenes. I mean, it would be nothing compared to an american or european show, but as an asian show, I was quite surprised about how much they showed.

ABout to start this. Ive read a lot of comments saying how ML looks in love with her, but none of the opposite. I hate when there is a clear difference between how much the main couple likes the other one. Does she also act like ML or is it mainly him?

- They were lovers in the past. He broke up because he was ashamed from something his family did and never told her why. Has been avoiding her for years.
- They meet and he tries to avoid her but they keep running into eachother and she falls for him again (he secretly also loves her and always has)
- In episode 4 she kisses him and confesses. He rejects her. Its not an angsty reject, they continue the same dynamic as before this happens.
- In episode 7 they kiss again but still dont get together.
- Soon after, he confesses but says they cant be together until he fixes that secret.
- In episode 8 she tells him he should tell her the secret, that she will handle it. Soon after he is about to tell her but she finds out from another source.
- She does indeed not handle it well as she said. She gets first mad for having kept it as a secret. And after a few episodes when she isnt mad anymore, she still says she cant be with him because of what his family did.
- In episode 11 she comes around and they get together
- In episode 12 they have a fight. Normal fight, nothing angsty. At the end they fix it
- In episode 13 they fight again . Again they solve it soon.
- In episode 14/15 he proposes and she says no, she doesnt even want to marry.
- In episode 16 after talking with her mother she realizes she does want to marry him, runs to him and tells him
- They marry

No love triangle. A doctor likes her and at the start it may look like theres going to be one but no.

Just finished it. It's... alright. Not much to say about it.

The actors were pretty good. I didnt like ML in other shows Ive seen from him, but he was ok here. FL did a good job I think. I like the actor who did the villain a lot, usually from secondary roles, and he did good here too.

About the story and the romance... just alright. Ive read some comments saying they are so healthy. I dont agree. Its true that they end up talking and resolving their issues. But the main plot of the romance is a big secret that shouldnt have been and even after fixing it, they fight several times. It's never ansgty, and like I said they talk it through and fix it. But they still do fight. And the big problem takes a lot until its fixed.
