I thought she kind of did. The repetition of the airport scene in both beginning and end of the movie seems to imply that that moment was important to her so i think it is her subconscious and their common memory trying to recreate the moment they first met. I could be wrong though.

i get it the main couple are amazing together and everything and no one can actually get in between them but hey harumichi my dude first you break up with your fiancee and then you go pursuing your first love again. just saying

yes and no. ha yichan from the ending did get a new son as he arrived in the last episode and filled in the position of that timeline's ha eun gyeol but as it doesn't follow the multiple universes theory ep1 ha yichan didn't. ha eun gyeol's both body and consiousness travelled back in time so he probably just disappeared altogether in his og timeline as it isn't a simulation and his entire person moved back in time. if there is only a single timeline(as it probably happened in this case) the moment ha eun gyeol went to the past and started changing things, the entire og universe either ceases to exist or changes according to the new information that his actions created in the past so technically the father of his memories and the og father ha yi chan's world stopped at the moment ha eun gyeol went back to the past the first time. ha yi chan with his actions stopped that world(that timeline to be exact) from ever happening the way it did and basically it only exists now in ha eun gyeol's memories as it never actually happened(from a future perspective of course)
the story itself picked elements from various theories so it is kind of complicated.

there are 4 endings. the original novel ending where they live happily ever after, one where they die together ep 35, one where they are actors who fell in love while shooting the drama(you can search ep 37) and in one of the alternative endings qi sheng is a doctor and they find each other when peng wakes up in the hospital.

I meant the first one before the timetravel. But it is a nice way to look at it that way. :)

i know they went with the old single timeline theory because the last ha yi chan as a dad was aware of his son timetravel meaning he probably had a single consiousnessbut still isnt it sad that first ha yi chan in that life's last moments with his son were of them fighting?

you know if we go by the theory that timetraveling doesn't actually change a single timeline but creates multiple different ones, the original ha yi chan (as a dad) probably never heard from his son again after he run off after their fight...

WHY CAN'T THEY JUST RELEASE THE REST OF THE EPISODES????????/!!!
