when will episode 6 post? This says the episodes air on Thursday. I know episode 5 was up before Thursday, but episode 6 is not up yet, so they must not post the day they air. Anyone know what day of the week I should look for it?
YUKI! He literally has the same personality in ITAZURA NA KISS and in this drama! That It feels like he was cheating…
I know, right! I am really enjoying this. I think he must still be in love with her. It definitely makes me wonder what we don't know. At first I thought it would be because she couldn't get over her first love or he didn't think she was really over her first love. Then I thought maybe she had cheated on him/fell for someone else. At the moment, I don't have any guesses. I will have to wait for the next clue.
Dropping a drama you do not like and are not enjoying = more time to find the dramas you will love. I have some suggestions for people who find they are dropping a lot of dramas. Look at your main complaint... if it is the female lead being too weak or annoying, the male lead being too sexist, the plot developing too slowly, the relationship having too dramatic a change to abruptly... all of these can be due to the country or genre. For instance, I find Chinese female leads to be more independent than Korean female leads, in general. Japanese dramas have the least amount of episodes, per drama, in general, so the plot is less likely to develop too slowly. Taiwanese dramas usually have more episodes per drama, so they are more likely to have more naturally developing relationships. If the leading lady is, "annoying" to you, often, that annoying thing may be something that culture finds "cute". In that case you should ask if it that is a cultural thing, and if it is, you can check out another country's dramas, to see if they are more to your liking. In general, Korean romantic comedies are meant to be cliche', so if you want something with interesting twists, watch mystery/suspense with romance instead.
I have a hard time finding somewhere to watch Jdramas. Where is this available to watch? I will put this one on my plan to watch list. I still haven't watched The Last Cinderella yet either. Lighthearted romance is my jam, so I will put that one on my plan to watch list too.
I though Strong Woman looked like it would be awful. I even watched a few minutes of the first episode and dropped it immediately. I only later gave it a second try because it was personally recommended to me. It turned out to be one of the most adorable romance/fantasy dramas I have seen. I absolutely love the lead couple in this one. Sometimes you really can not tell by the cover or the synopsis.
Wow. I am surprised at all of the negative comments... I loved it. Was it predictable? Sure. That is the type of drama it is. If I want suspense, mystery, and a twist ending, I would not be watching a romcom. lol. Cliches are cliches for a reason. They ring true. People love them. If I didn't like this dynamic, I wouldn't watch Asian romcoms. I love adorable leading ladies. I love a broody leading man. I was 100% shipping the lead couple. I am too heartbroken when I ship the second lead and am disappointed. This one happens to be in my top 5 favorite Japanese dramas. I hate watching on Kissasian. Anyone have an alternate site to watch it on? I need something I have seen before to watch while I am doing a painting project. I think I am ready to watch this one again.
Love the storyline, I love how Chuyu wasn't a weakass character in both her first and second character. And Rong…
I agree that he looks so much older than 19. I might have guessed 25-30 range. Wow. I do not care for Rong Zhi as the romantic lead. I am at ep 50 and I know it is not going to happen, but I half hoped she would end up with Shen Yu(I thought they had nice on screen banter and I thought that it would be an interesting surprise twist) or even the court astrologer(he does seem to have a thing for her). For Que Yu, I hoped for the Deputy Gen... and that is obviously not happening now. For the General I hoped for the Dr... but that ending happily is getting less and less likely by the minute. lol. At this point, I will be happy if they can give at least Chu Yu and Rhong Zhi a happily ever after.
They were vague asf with that. I'm assuming it helped keep her separated from him for the 3 yrs, so the cycle…
I need to go back and find the episode that the shamaness gives her the charm, to listen more carefully to the wording she uses, when talking about the charm.
I enjoyed it, but I am still a bit confused. What exactly was the charm for? Did it get used? It seemed like every time she needed it, it was Not on her person. Did it blow away because it had already done the job... and they are good to start over? Or was it blowing away a bad thing ... and is this a cycle that will start over when he falls for her again?
This drama is great, so far. Same reason everyone likes it. The flow of events has been really natural. I am a little worried about objections to the relationship by friends and family, when it becomes public... After the police station scene, I imagine that will be coming up quickly.
I hate watching on Kissasian. Anyone have an alternate site to watch it on? I need something I have seen before to watch while I am doing a painting project. I think I am ready to watch this one again.
