Gi Man is so dumb I can see why Yu Gyeong divorced him. He finds out Ji Ho isn’t his brother’s kid and he immediately goes to blackmail Se Ri like this lady didn’t just steal her best friend’s husband! Highly doubt he’s dead though, he’ll probably be in a coma for a few episodes before miraculously waking up and accusing Se Ri of trying to kill him when she’s finally exposed.
Also when is Jae In and Do Yun gonna start their romance? I’m tired of seeing everyone else get loved up besides them!!
Ham Eun Jung really deserves the praise, had everyone guessing whether she really lost her memories or not, though most of us probably guessed she didn’t. But she played it off so well in front of everyone!! And I’m glad she finally told the truth to Do Yun, I don’t think she could take those teary puppy eyes any longer lol!!
The fake pregnancy plot has finally arrived!! From last ep to this one, at least a month or two had to pass by for the fake pregnancy symptoms to make sense. Was she really in the house for so long, but still didn’t find what her father left?? But I’ll allow this little plot hole, only because I can’t want to see Se Ri blow up!! Karma’s a b and you about to get it!!!
First, I can’t believe she actually slept with him, gross!! I know she did so when Se Ri finds out, she’s gonna go nuts, but still!! Jae In, you’re a stronger woman than I am.
Second, as much as I’m loving the calculated payback, the story line in general is so slow. There’s just so many characters and they each have to have their own arcs, but I couldn’t care less about Mi Ran and Patrick or Seungwoo and what’s her name. This show desperately needs to pick up the pace.
Okay I really thought the amnesia plot was dragging, but I’m really liking what Jae In is doing. She’s single handedly manipulating everyone and turning Gi Chan against his own family. She’s playing the innocent amnesia wife and he can’t do anything. First she turned Gi Chan and his mother against Se Ri and now she’s gonna turn him against his own mom.
Jae In’s end goal is to mess up the family and/or have Gi Chan to trust her completely before she reveals it’s all a lie.
Poor Do Yun though, he looks so heartbroken that she barely recognizes him :(

No, there’s no indication that he is. He does get “married” to Go Eun when they go undercover and they play it so well the bad guy actually believes they’re in love. So take that as you will.
I liked the premise of the drama, but I cannot overlook the age gap, it’s that bad. FL is so childish while he looks like her uncle lmaoo. Had to drop it after 6 episodes
Not surprised the rating went down, but it does deserve a solid 9, if not a little more. I would have given it a 10 if the ending was happier. After all, it made no sense how Tantai Jin went through so much suffering, through no fault of his own, and still did not get a happy ending. He lived a miserable life with so little love and yet he willingly sacrificed himself for the world. How did they not give him the happiness he was owed, the love he deserved, or the child he created?
