i hope nobody thinks im trynna start anything, but to those who have seen both-- which do you prefer? who rules…
WRTW started really strong for me but fell apart at the speed of light. I really struggled to finish it. This one has held my attention thus far. It’s also much funnier.

It’s amazing to me that they can play this romance both straight and for comedy. And it works all around lmao

Title May I Help You Spoiler
I'm confused. He says he has plans with his son and that he's already postponed twice. But then the son is missing…
He said that and a bunch of other excuses to not have to pass on before getting to what he actually wanted. I took that as a lie akin to “I left the gas on!” Which he said as well lol

i cant for the life of my find this show. its unavailable everywhere! i recently bought a vpn does anyone know…
I know. It had been on Netflix forever. I was planning on a Halloween rewatch and was so bummed to see it missing. I think the only way to watch it is on illegal upload sites at present.

A lot of the comments here seem to think she abandoned the male lead. But she didn’t. They made it clear she knew something was wrong and played along to go with the fake prince guy. Because she wanted to find the truth for the person she actually loved. So when he shows up at the end and sings the song to her- she already knew he was her “immortal brother”. He just needed to remember :(

I wanted to love this sooo much. But the FL dubbing voice and naivety made it impossible
She’s not dubbed.

I love that they take the childhood connection trope and spin it. The leads choose each other. They toss away the people they think are their actual childhood connection because they’ve fallen in love. I adore that even though they ACTUALLY are the original childhood connection trope, they disregard it. This drama is so playful and funny but that final arc- the scene where he finally acknowledges who he is to her (in front of everyone) is so moving.

Why is JCW doing shows where his character is kinda lame lately ?!He either needs a new agency or he needs to…
Meanwhile this feels like a turn in the right direction for me. I’ve been a fan of his for ages, but all his post military dramas have been kinda poor. The last two (the sound of magic and this one) have easily been the best. He’s showing range.

I loved when they went to negotiate and she started to call him a partner at the firm and he interrupted to say he was her paralegal. A small but cute thing.

Just watched first two episodes and I am already invested in this. All the actors are so good. The ghosts are…
I typed up a whole thing and inadvertently deleted it (lmao), but yes this drama took me by surprise. It's also the sweetest character PHJ has ever played, and he really carries it off so much better than I expected.

Should I start watch this, I'm confused between this and another ongoing K-dramas...just finished 'Again my life'
This one has been a pleasant surprise (imo). It's very funny and sweet, but it does a good job with the drama/crime aspect, too. I'd give it a go!

I have seen so many PHJ dramas, and I simply cannot get over how ADORABLE his character (and he) is in this lmao. Watching this and then Bad Guys back to back.. he is an actor. He acts.

Ms. Yoon calling him cute and being won over by CCW was so endearing to me. I love her basically being like - the man is all front. He’s kind and gentle. I also liked seeing him being incapable of putting on airs in front of her lmao. They have great chemistry.

Title From Now On, Showtime! Spoiler
im commenting again but i honestly initially wanted to watch this because of that scene in ep.5 but i ended up…
I definitely assume they were in love but kept separate in the past (probably because of General Choi). So he is repaying his karma for separating them/hurting them these past 2000 years and will reach nirvana after finally helping them reunite and love the life of love he denied them etc. hackneyed but IM READY.
