But I LOVED the show PRECISELY because it broke away from the conventional plot lines and brought forth such a compelling story and characters .. they each have their complex range of emotion .. and the decisions they make in the drama are what propel the drama forward making it so edge of the seat.

I mean I can't stop imagining him in a Drama as the Lead.. Like RIGHT NOW. I'd dump this show and go watch that.
He is SO GOOD at his role. Angry - vulnerable - jealous and his symmetrical face also..
The ML is decent.. But isnt cutting it. Kind of deflated pretty face types and not that great at acting this role (maybe it just my personla wish and not what the director - scriptwriter were aiming for). He's coming across as support role material in a easy going amiable person sort of support character.
That Director Jiang!!! Yummy.
Show hasn't even hinted at him having a love interest.
It'd be sloppy and cringey if drama throws him into one vertex of a triangle later in the show

I see him in the Legend of Shen Li and am gobsmacked that he is not the lead 🤦🏽♀️ Instead that terrible "wooden faced" terrible terrible actor is the lead. I was going into paroxyms of cringe watching that ML🤯

8.7 maybe a bit low. As other 8.7 drama don't even hold a candle to this. 9.0 should be more appropriate rating for this drama.

I came to check it out after seeing Yang Yang in FOMH..
I guess Jing Boran in in the film version.
I did think I should watch the film rather than the drama .. but I didnt.
There was too much 'gaming' stuff and I couldn't relate to it.
Also one of the reasons that I couldn't watch YAMG and dropped it.
