Enjoyed watching "Unexpected Falling"

Rewatching a KDrama : "Discovery of Romance" ; after more than a year.

Am enjoying it FAR more than I did in the first round, it's my return to Kdrama after 8 months.
Eric Mun and Sung Jun.


Return to Kdrama happened with "Cast Away Diva" which ran really well with all it's illogical plot points (because Kdrama manages to getaway with such stuff by keeping its focus on human issues and conflicts that makes the viewer also think ; gosh that's was a tough choice) UNTIL past Ep 5 or 6 or something when I started FFwding

Also have a few on Hold for a day when I want little 'silly and fluff' although those days are not many now (am some 250 dramas old ;-p and thus easy to be jaded)

I've not yet managed to get into JDrama .. maybe when all else is reduced to dregs I'll look it up ..

I found very little back up with facts of all the 'opnions' expressed by the reviewer :-D

It's great to read a well DEFENDED 'opinion' or 'reading' of a drama / character with examples .. Isn't that the basis of a GOOD analysis / review.

I'll never FORGET how he as a high school student (almost in penury when his father died) trying to make a living using his 'computer' genius skills and yet HAVING the 'cojones' to go up to the school director's house on a RAINY day drenched to the roots of his pitiable hair and eyelashes .. begging her to not blame his classmate and buddy and asks to take full blame on himself and be expelled.

WHAT THE HECK is TOXIC in that behaviour???

He signs up Gao Jun .. for his LIFE's DREAM and TRUSTS him with his company COMPLETELY .. WHAT IS TOXIC in that? TRUST .. he has oodles of it if he put up with Gai Jun's tantrums and carping and jealous behaviour.

He helps Ren Di support her gig even helps her to move out and hints to her that she should treat her 'beau' with more care.

He deeply cares for his sister and knows her heart's desire .. He tells her he will take care of her child should she ditch the abusive hubby.

The warmth of his love for his mom and the extent he goes to make money to save her .. get the drug that could help lengthen her life .. He is JUST a TEEN with NO dad .. from a poor family .. with the burden of supporting the family .. doesn't take a penny .. misses a year of school .. still tops the college entrance exam ..

His STANCE is one of : stay out of my orbit .. I have things on my mind and I agenda to fulfil in my quest for this FUTURE VISION of building a company that would HELP CANCER patients get the drugs and treatment that is the latest in the world .. by creating a system for INFORMATION sharing ...

I have also done a detailed breakdown of this Drama (with quotes and instances of their actions and reactions as examples) and how SO MUCH is missed because it's too subtle or 'forgotten' because one is focused ONLY on one manifestation of the the character.

I'd love to recommend "Discovery of Love" the KDrama to you ..
One of THE MOST real and mature dramas that traces childhood to adulthood romance ..
With Eric Mun and Sung Joon.

FANTASTIC chemistry .. natural and real .. a bit of unnecessary shying away from "bedroom" ~ cummon both are adults .. dear scriptwriter.

Has some feelz of the Kdrama "Discovery of Love" with Eric Eun and Sung Joon. That is ONE heck of a complex relationship drama.

Would probably hook a more mature audience looking for a more REALISTIC - HUMAN" drama

YUP .. I do not see ANY resemblance to FITYMI of YAMG

FITYMI has pizzazz and jazz and some REAL time gears moving behind the leads real or hidden intentions and calculations ..
LOVED watching the REAL feel of a real life romance and dating scenario

I agree ..
Couldn't handle the "intensive gaming" episodes ..
I guess it's great for those who are heavy gamers and would get excited by it ;-p

Plus the FL was too gooey sweet for my taste (oops sorry .. it's just me)
I enjoy spicy .. 'bad-sy" FLs
