@ Mstique. I haven’t watched episode 80 yet, but I do think we are getting closer to the truth regarding grandma finding out that the two are a fake. KSR’s mom has a big mouth and the uncle is still out there as well and he is a gambler who tends to lose quite a lot.
Then there is the issue you brought up with the blood types being different. I can see where down the line someone needs a transfusion and it is discovered she doesn’t have the right blood type and then the dots are connected.
Either way, I too hope it doesn’t get dragged out. I need to see the mom and KSR groveling and the embarrassment it will be to Noel and other who wanted to protect her. I think Noel will realize that KSR deliberately approached her and the chairman will have to come to terms that he really messed up his son’s life.
The chairman’s son is the biggest victim in this because he was used as a tool.

I’m not sure if the dad knows about An Na’s phone. It was discovered by DJD’s ex-husbands mom, but she threw it away thinking it was trash. Then it was blinged out and passed to An Na. I think it has been tucked away in that box with no one really seeing it.
Anyway, I hope it is discovered by the right characters.

She looked like a kid having a tantrum. What is really messed up about everything is that she knows what KSR did and as a mom, she should feel sad for DJD but is selfishly only thinking of herself and daughter. Also, she is so shamefully still trying to play the role of the fake daughter-in-law.

I actually think that the An Na’s dad will find the phone first while cleaning her room or something like that. He may have it sitting somewhere where DJD notices it and says “what are you doing with my dad’s phone”. Or, maybe An Na will be playing with DJD and show her the phone that she uses to call her friend in heaven.

I do agree that KSR will discover the relationship between Noel and DJD and she will try her hardest to keep it a secret so that Noel will continue to support her.

Episode 79 - I really thought the bite mark would have some significance. But it seems like it was just there to give the WYH another reason to show care for DJD.
KSR is still locked up but not for long I am assuming. I love how the police used the evidence against her in that DJD couldn’t have sent texts from Soeul if she was in the hospital. Where is the uncle?
I feel so bad for WJH, he really is the victim in all of this. Even worse, wait until he finds out that KSR was not even the real granddaughter. It will get out and stocks will tank.
Noel - Don’t even get me started on her. She is shameless and she is going to feel like dung when she finds out that KSR tried to kill her daughter, lied about who she was, intentionally approached her, and manipulated her. I wanted to slap her so bad for slapping DJD. She only cares about getting the crooked chairman back. If she loved him so much, she should have never divorced him in the first place.
Grandma - I hope she sticks to her guns. I really need for her to find out about the shameless mom and fake granddaughter. I cringe everytime I see those two clowns calling her “mother” or “grandmother”. They are both leeches and the grandmother needs to wise up.
An Na still has the phone! I wonder who will discover the contents first?

Overall episode 79 didn’t really divulge anything jawdropping. I need for this drama to really start flipping tables because I am really tired of the circles. Please first let grandma find out that KSR is fake and then Noel finds out that her long lost daughter is the same one she has been insulting every chance she gets.

they had a spinoff in the Webtoon which was satisfying.

Personally, I think the kdrama is better than the Webtoon because translating the Webtoon into a drama would have been boring. The writers added more suspense, action, thrills to it. It also helps that the actors are all doing such phenomenal jobs in performing their roles. The cast is just amazing even the supporting actors are nailing it.

I know I keep saying this, but I cannot wait until they both find out that they ruined their lives over a misunderstanding and greed.

In the Webtoon, Min Hwan died at his own hands. Sum in made his mom have a stroke so she stuck at the hospital taking care of his mom. He cut the brakes to their car thinking that she would get in an accident and the insurance money would be his. Instead, Sumin killed his mom while pretending to care for her, he was called to the hospital, he forgot he cut the brakes to the car and was rushing down the road where he had an accident and died. Sumin was later arrested because a witness saw her killing his mom. The dad yelled at Jiwon during the funeral and blamed her for causing all the deaths.

That stemmed from the fact that Sumin had lied about the pregnancy and called a press conference to out Jiwon as a money chaser who deliberately went after the chairman’s son. She and MinHwan were exposed as liers and suffered even more embarrassment. MinHwan needed money so he tried to kill Sumin, thus resulting in the above mentioned events.

Right now, I cannot either. But that just means she is delivering her lines very well.
It is only a matter of episodes before she figures out that she is the problem.

No problem, I’ve probably watched the last five episodes at least 4 times waiting for the weekend to be over. LOL!

At the end of episode 78, when she was fighting with KSR’s mom, she got bit by her. The camera briefly panned in on the mark, which makes me think it will have meaning at some point in the next 44 episodes.

Yes, I surprised that they killed Song Yi off. That was really sad. My personal opinion is that KSR will convince Noel that DJD made it all up to get back at her. Noel is naive and so stuck on trying to get the chairman back, that she would do anything and believe anything at this point.

I don’t think she would connect the dots anyway without her memory. Plus DJD doesn’t go by her birth name. For Noel, I think she is going to try to team up with SR to kick DJD out. But while she is, she is going discover items she gave her when DJD was a kid, maybe a picture of her father, the teddy bear or barrette that she gave her as a kid and then the memories will start to flow back. Then she will end up recognizing SR’s mom and start her own investigation and then she finds out. But, of course SR will find the connection first and try to foil it with lying.


What I cannot wait for the most is when SR and her mom are discovered as fakes. And then they find out that it wasn’t even DJD’s dad that cause the fire and killed SR’s dad. She inflicted so much pain on DJD her so called best friend all based on something that is not true.

Because they took the time to focus on it and the issue was because she wanted to know where her daughter is….I think another big reveal will happen regarding either finding out that An na is her daughter or Noel is her mother. It could even been the start of unveiling that she is the true heir to grandma, since it happened at her restaurant.

Yes and the grandma will be hospitalized once she finds out the whole truth. One thing I do like about grandma, is that she is still kind to DJD.

I agree. At first I didn’t like the changes, but if they stuck to the story in the Webtoon, it would have dragging. I like how they brought the parents into the mix with Yura. The last two episodes are going to be much more fun to watch with all that is going on.

I feel bad for her as well because she is being conned. Her real granddaughter was pushed off a cliff by her fake one. She lost her son and any chance of having a relationship with him because of her fake granddaughter and her mom. DJD is the biggest victim but grandma is the second one in this drama. She is unknowingly protecting someone who is not even related to her.

I am so curious! They showed the bite mark left by KSR mom, what will that mean?

I think it may be too much for them to address with everything else that is going on.
