The plot is tricky, it makes my head roll analyzing what is happening. But hey, this is so good! And the beginning of ep 8 really is unexpected! After Yong Jiu Grocery Store, this is one Taiwanese drama that I love. I've started some others but ended up dropping, but this one makes me want more episodes to come.
Waste of time! The plot is nonsense, the writer just want that card game be integrated into the plot, but it was all over the place. The characters are not developed, not to mention the acting, the forced crying scenes of Pun and the wooden acting of Sib. But M has potential to be a good actor.

Thanks for this. Many viewers like me really want to follow what is going on behind the scene. This is my first time to see this news as I have not been here always. And it is always nice to be vigilant of things around us. True or not in this case, copying the creativity of others is despicable.
I loved the first few episodes but I became bored after a while even at 2x speed. It has a too serious tone that even if the characters try to be funny at times, it still feels melancholic. While I admire the cinematography, the pacing is way too slow. Other viewers may enjoy this but I am dropping this in favor of Joy of Life.
So this series followed many B-quality Chinese BL tropes. It's not necessarily bad realistically speaking but it's not what many expected. The time jump and the slow revelation to what transpired took my emotion away from the series. So in the end, this is just one of those forgettable series for me. Boundary Crossing and Right or Wrong are still the best HIStory series.

I actually finished it when it aired its finale. I would say the ending is a bit shocking and I hoped for a different route. But the whole plot made its mark that life is truly unpredictable. Overall, this is one excellent series from the acting to the directing and editing. This is followed by another series from TVB which I am also watching - Wonder Women which I am also loving very much. I am wondering what shocking ending is in store too.
Oh my, after some current C-dramas that to my opinion are mediocre, I almost passed on this, but somehow, I tried the first episode after reading that this series is doing very well in online ratings in China. Well, after the first episode, I cannot let go of this series. Really addicting and very well made. And the acting is awesomely spontaneous!
This series is best at annoying viewers. Because it took a long time for the cheater revelation and Jung Sun is still taking and enduring all the pain, I was hoping that there would also be a couple of episodes for turning the tides because it would be the best way for viewers like me to be satisfied after all the pain. But the preview for ep 12 is still loathsome. Anyway, I love this series and the acting is great!
No matter the annoyance I have for the female lead for hanging on, this series is so well-made. I am also currently watching the Kdrama VIP and both touch the cheating theme. As much as I love VIP, my love for this series is on a different level. This has all the heart and emotions that make me want the FL to exact revenge. But knowing she is so kind-hearted, I just want her husband to greatly regret his decision!. Great series!
I am in ep 16 and I like the plot. But the way the character of the female lead is written is annoying. Ok she failed in her marriage because she neglected her basic duty as housewife (though of course the husband is also to blame). She has some growing up to do. But seeing her eating like that during the opening of the law firm of Xu Lang. She already has a son, yet she doesn't know the basics of proper eating in an event or in any occasion? Her acting during that part seems like she has not eaten for days! And her 'casual dress', wow, she doesn't come from the forest, even that she doesn't know?
And that antagonist wannabe cartoonist who makes life of the FL difficult is so one-dimensional. She is just like that - a nuisance. But as a whole, I still like the series at this point. But long way to go, hope it never gets draggy in the middle or be full of fillers! And of course the real stars of the series are the two kids Guoguo and Duoduo, they are so adorable!
I read comments in the net that this should be titled Cheat Me or Beat Me! Well, personally, there are better dramas out their whose stars have better reputations than these two leads. I will not enjoy watching them on screen.
After today's episode, I am giving this series the same score as my all-time favorite History series Boundary Crossing. This is really good, the acting and the reactions and expressions are natural. The playfulness of the kids is there but they can get serious when needed! 3 episodes left, but I think I want more of their future, so much story can still be told and can be delivered by these actors.
The suspense is there, but halfway through, the plot still revolves on the husband's secret and the wife's distress, all other subplots slowly make the story concrete, but it is frustrating that telling/knowing that secret takes so long.
Anyway, I am in for the long ride, though at this point, I want them to separate and for Jung Sun to be happier (I had that wild thought that the Tifone Chairman could be it, though it's cliche). Well, I don't care anymore whether Sung Joon is cheating or not, I am just annoyed at his character from the start and Jung Sun deserves someone better.
