I finished reading the translated novel and I am so so so soooo excited to see the drama.. To see Dilraba as Ji Yunhe is already giving me goosebumps! I am sure Allen will do full justice as Chang Yi... I might just become his fan after this drama... Can’t wait for TBW’s release!!!
The synopsis of ‘Jiang LiLi is a loser...’ should have warned me not to watch this drama.. What is it with Cdramas and painting their FL’s like idiotic, immature, brainless, childish, ditzy characters? The ML has to be oh-so-perfect and charming and ‘in-control’ but in this drama’s case he was a controlling, manipulative ass and I don't care for the reason that he has loved her for long time, does not justify his stalker like actions.. I barely sat through 3 episodes, then skipped to the second last one and the FL remained the same annoyingly immature ditz with zero character growth.. Ughhh.. Please don’t watch it if you like strong FL’s..
Just how good was this drama?! Never a dull moment! I just loved loved loved it! Reba and YY and the supporting cast have done a fabulous job! Not to mention the screenplay, the OST, the cinematography, the direction.. I can go on and on.. I have read the novel and I am so glad that full justice was done to it! Back to my favorite Reba - she has nailed QJJ - added more depth to her.. How good is her chemistry with YY, infact all her co-stars?! Goddess Reba!!

Excellent analysis! Li Changge is one heck of a woman! A character like LC is unique and impactful and it will take very special writers to write such a character and not bow down to the pressure of writing the usual ‘FL mould’ cookie cutter heroines...
