I hope Tao is getting better at acting.. I think this drama sounds good if he acts well in it. I know Sophie Zhang can act her part well after watching her last drama.
He didn’t really have a choice but to leave the show. The company producing Ever Night 2 wanted to use a Actor…
If you are correct.. that is probably the dumbest move a film company has ever made.. srsly, switch out the ML for a person in your company.. just cuz you feel like it? ridiculous
Well, while I was willing and ready to accept the change from Arthur Chen to Dylan Wang as Ning Que for season…
well I agree.. I'll still give it a try, but Dylan Wang's face doesn't have the same effect as Arthur Chen's face.. Arthur Chen face doesn't look as pretty as Dylan's but that's a good thing in this series.. Arthur Chen's face worked well to give me the impression that the character was one that had been fighting all his life on the lands.. Dylan's looks like a rich boy's.. I am seriously hoping I'm wrong or that I can get into the story and forget Arthur Chen if I try to watch Season 2.. I'm not so sure though lol
Am I the only one who feels this show is empty? There's a good premise but the plot is just meh?
well, most plots are just "meh" like you said.. it's the characters and actors that either do it for you or don't do it for you.. I'm guessing you just aren't into the characters or actors this time lol in other words, it's not the show that's at fault.. it's just your preference is different than ppl who like it
After watching first few episodes, and seeing the absolute stupidity of Aaron Yan's character as a police officer that can't even tell try to think past his nose.. This show seems like I'm just going to frustrated and angry while watching.. His character is terrible.. he is one of those police that only sees what is infront of him and assume that it can't be anything else.. you know, the type of person that doesn't want to use their brain.
The guy standing next to him looking EXTREMELY suspicious (Yalkun Merxat's character), but Aaron Yan's character doesn't bat an eye.. just stupidly arrests Ju Jing Yi's character.. then brings her to the station and continues to become even more stupid.. (he can tell she is supposedly an experienced thief.. ) REALLY?!?!? is that your expert policeman opinion?
oh.. and then he so smartly assumes she killed her own dad.. his character is a genius.
I had hope for this show, but.. maybe I'll try to watch it again later in the year..
I didn't like Yoon Shi Yoon in Mirror of the Witch, but since that was only a one time role.. maybe I'll like him in this.. psychopath dramas are always a bit interesting lol

That seems to be the biggest criticism I see lol
