The difference between her in Untouchables Lovers (warrior/tomboy) and King is Not Easy was so huge that I felt…
I liked the first part of Untouchable Lovers, but the 2nd part.. every acted well, but the story change seemed like I was watching another drama.
I'm not unsure what you mean cuz she seemed like she played a strong general character pretty well.. honestly while I watched "Oh My General", I started thinking Bai Lu could have fit that role too.. (I don't mean better tho, cuz she didn't play that role, so I will never know lol)
Oh actually I see what you meant now.. well, I loved "KINE" except the ending episodes.. she played 2 roles, so we got to see how well she could act in that drama. one of the best parts of "KINE" is when she is playing as the king.. so real, so funny.. and also we get a little treat at the end of each episode(if you watch it, you'll love it I think.. I did watch " KINE" before "U Lovers" tho lol)
it's her expressions that very good.. the ability to show more types of emotions and feelings than a lot of other Chinese actresses I've seen
After watching 38 episodes of "The Legends", I saw that she is extremely talented to act out the 2 roles required in that drama. Seriously, the way she portrays the 2 different characters.. it's really amazing! ..and sometimes, I found myself forgetting that they are the same person (technically anyway)..
that picture.. it looks so heavily photoshopped, like they took a good picture of the characters and then cut and pasted their faces. I think it looks that way cuz of the cheap looking armor in the pic (especially the 2 in the back)
I'm no hating on this show.. the pic just seems strange to me lol
lol you're welcome, I love this show too! :) I really think this is the only chinese comedy wuxia series that actually made me laugh and smile so much. It pretty much felt perfect in so many ways., and all the main characters were so cute <3 (also, I never knew Kenny Kwan could be so funny lol )
This drama might be a Best for new cdrama watchers, good for for those who have not watched other same themed…
I couldn't get into it.. not sure if it was the characters, costumes, or plot.. something felt lacking, not sure what tho (well I know I didn't like some of the characters, so maybe that)
I can tell this will be another one of the dramas I have to watch over and over lol
There are probably 5 dramas, of who knows how many dramas I've watched(a ridiculous number lol), that I have to watch again and again.. (Obviously I love them because some are around 60 episodes lol)
I think I'm hopeless, but I love them so oh well lol
also, I just have to say that Bai Lu is just amazing in all her dramas! First time I saw her was in The King Is Not Easy( didn't like the ending, but that's the writer or directors fault). It was the first time I saw Zhang Yi Jie too( very good too!). The ending of each episode was so funny and cute!
I love Xu Kai's acting too(first time I've seen him I think). Also, very good looking!
Both of the leads REALLY fit the roles well. And because they are such good actors, they convey emotions so well on their faces.. SO VERY EXPRESSIVE! They don't even have to say much.
I think you are subbing this, from what you said? if so, I'm so thankful!! I watch all of the episodes raw this time because I love this so much!( I never have done this before lol) <3
he admitted to beating his ex girlfriend and got a lot of backlash and people started calling him a wife beater.…
Actually I've had friends that would scream right in their boyfriends face, and make fun of them in the worst degrading ways(cuz they know exactly what hurts them the most.. vicious right? I bet you don't think so though lol). Sorry, but mentally tearing someone to little pieces is worse than beating them.. you can heal physically much easier. I would never do what my friends do. I can't say they are asking to get hit, but also can't say they aren't. That's a very fine line they are walking. (ofc, if they did get beat I would be very angry, but it doesn't justify either way.. they would both be at fault)
I wonder why arthur chen let go of his character as ning que and choose this drama. Ning que character is cool-blooded…
I love his character in Ever Night, but he might be moving on so he can experience more acting roles. I'm still unsure if the other actor can become a Ning que we can believe.. but I hope so. I think this drama will be pretty good though.

Well to be fair.. historical dramas seem to have the highest probability for a bad or tragic ending.. (Especially the ones where everyone dies.. such a terrible feeling) lol I can see why some people avoid them.. I love many of them though!
Also Jin Gook knew this entire time and didn't say a thing. And I'm still dumbfounded as to his reasoning to stab…
Oh, I know but you could see his mental state was deteriorating because of his feelings of the past closing in on him, and also moo young being with Jin Kang.. (and it didn't help that Im Yoo Ri told him Jin Kang wouldn't be able to leave him until Moo Young left Jin Kang)
..also, he really believes/knows that Moo Young made two people have 'accidents', so he does think Moo Young is a murderer. but as for the exact reasoning, I'm unsure also.. (it felt like he went insane for a moment though)

it wasn't to prevent that.. it wouldn't make sense.. I believe he just thinks that it was the only way to protect JK from this apathetic "murderer"(moo young). But it may be also because of his guilt over shooting the criminal too(after all, if his suspicion is correct, that is the boy.. and he said that he felt like his past was closing in on him)
I like this trend.. <3
and I just saw that Xiao Yan is here too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm love with "The Legends" right now, and wow.. she is here too lol
(obviously this story will probably be tragic, but I think it will also be great)
