Yep... Joseph's big eyes,dimple and cute smile are the ones that attracted me to him in the first place and I ended up watching quite a number of his dramas...who gives a shit about Chinese beauty standards? They are already unreasonable!!

Correct...cheng yi acting skills are good especially the emotional/angst scenes... but if you compare the visuals of Joseph and cheng yi then I will go with Joseph...

What's wrong with these people who are simply spreading hate for actors and actresses? So many celebrities have been the targets of hatred! I saw her in novoland and SAF 4. Personally I didn't find anything to hate her! I liked her acting in both the dramas!
Are these haters unemployed? Or ate their own life so full of shit that now they are throwing shit at others bcoz they are already full of it??

I first watched him in the lost tomb 2 and henceforth I wanted to watch more of his drama...he has photographic visuals...

Yep.. tragic ending are not everyone's cup of tea... especially if it's bcoz of unnecessary misunderstandings ....and annoying characters just get on your nerves...

And yes I agree with you... Chu yue imagining their kid is absurd..her imagining yu Shisan is more logical after all she loved him...for once if it was Yang ying imagining their kid..it could have made some sense... that's why I excluded this possibility of imagination

Yeah you can say it was an open ending...but I think that believing Chu yue as dead is wrong...they clearly mentioned "10 or so year later" and then Chu yue was shown on the mountain.... also she wasn't shown dead...Chu yue,Yang ying and li tonguang were very much shown alive until the end (before they said 10 years later)....
So Chu yue isn't imagining the kid...
Then about seeing the whole group at the end...did you notice the colour contrast? It was shown like halo.. I mean a bit lighter and brighter than the usual...so that was her imagination..but the kid definitely wasn't shown like this... I mean the colour contrast was normal

I interpreted it in this way...

It wasn't that ambiguous...the kid proved that his parents - Ning yuanzhu and Ren ruyi are alive... it's very much evident from the kid's as well as his sister name and how he describes his parents

It depends on your pov...for me it was a sad but good ending.. realistic

A journey to love is mainly about the love shown between the leads.. that's why the romantic angle started early on and the leads were alive until the end with a son and a daughter!! So A journey to Love is befitting!!
