Shui Long Yin is absolutely insane. That King Sword City battle was so epic it felt like the climax you only get in the final episode. Just when you think, “This is the most beautiful and intense fight scene I’ve ever seen,” you see another one that’s even better. And this happen almost every single episode.
The TLC vs Ms Hong fight? Mind-blowing. The fight choreography and cinematography - OMG. SLY has truly set a new benchmark for Chinese dramas. I have nothing but respect for the fight director, cinematographer, and the entire creative team. Incredible fight scenes
And Ms Hong… wow. I’ve seen a lot of villains, but only a few really stick with me. Jiang Zhen Yu made her alive. Honestly, imo better than Liu Yan.
Episodes 10 and 11 were packed with so much to absorb, and we’re not even halfway through the plot yet.
Saving ep 12 for tomorrow, I'm not willing to watch this drama unless on big screen TV and with proper subs.
We all see how excellent the cast of WoF is, down to all supporting actors. Many of them are from Immortality and Till the End of the Moon's supporting cast. Two of Immortality's actors once shared in 2023 how selective WoF audition is; the casting drew a lot more actors than other big production dramas. (Both of them did not make it)

U can find them in the pictures section. So far 2 eps per day until the 30th. I suspect it will be 1 ep/day for a week or so after because Hunan TV starts SLY on the 30th and usually there are airs the same day. I don't know why Mango starts a week earlier. Just imo

The score was 8.3 but then yesterday an army of haters with 100+ acc rated it down to 7.9 just in 1 hour, now back to 8.1 So without those troll haters this already 8.6
Episode 10 of TLC flashbacks—Lyx’s acting was really good. From the confident foxy TLC to the younger A LI, his innocent vibe, fear, and guilt—it was all conveyed with a layered subtlety. Not a single line of dialogue, but his acting was incredibly precise.
Why I’m a fan of his acting is because every time, his acting feels so natural, like nothing I’ve seen from others. In most actors I’m familiar with, I almost can predict their acting; only Lyx keeps surprising me over and over.
