Among those banned are: TTEOTM and all Leo dramas, Actor: Luo Yunxi, XZ, Yibo. Actress Liu Yi Fei, Zhao Li Ying and many others (I don’t know the complete lists)
On Monday, Douban took out the admin and now in the process of placing new admin and they are not allowed to ban any drama/ artist:

Since Leo name was banned there is no post abt him there bfr, But on Monday someone posted abt Leo asking member to post picts of Leo. That’s the one with 20K comments. The 2nd highest is also talking abt Leo ability as former ballet dancer who can lift his FL easily wt 1900 comments.

Others barely reaching 1000. Only then we know how popular is Leo among reg people not just fans.

First how many yrs her contract is still on. 2nd YZ did spent tons $ and investment to make her popular, huge investment, u think YZ going to let her go without doing something harmful, did u read how bad YZ is?

There is Zhao Li Ying, she aced all her dramas from when she was younger. She has an aura and presence in all her drama plus it's her original voice.
And my standard is high, for actress only ZLY no other. Sadly C drama has better actor than actress. And one can only be called having acting skill if they dubbed their own drama, otherwise half of the acting credit goes to Voice actor.

Well look what happened, in March the max 40 eps rules out, and TTEOTM must followed to air, not for new drama/drama without license. Then in May, additional screening required, starts immediately. So believe me this also starts immediately.

web movie, web movie is a low grade movie, much lower than drama usually unknown actor, bad production etc. I have not been able to finish any web movie and now don't bother to check or try anymore.

Also when airing in all platform that could be sign of bad production. Good drama Platform only wants exclusive airing on their platform. If they sell it to other platform means they are trying to diversify the risk.
