My take on LBFAD is a simple romance xianxia well made with care. I see the producer good intention just like Otter studio wt TTOETM. If one like fluffy romance then it is amazing. But I’m v much bothered by FL voice nor impressed wt her simple
acting. I ended up finishing it with mute sound just reading substitle. Tbh for xianxia I do prefer Beautiful actors and FL for me not cutting it there. Same wt TLP same with Ancient Love Poetry (I know she is a good actress in ALP).

But for non xianxia drama looks is not the most important. It’s the acting with original voice.
