I don't know much abt her other than I heard she is quite low profile (the type of actress that I prefer). I watched one costume drama of hers, acting is stable and can get into her character pretty smooth. Yes beautiful and should look good with Leo.

LYX is a tale of how a underdog overturn to become powerful person.
Leo agency is called “breakfast shop” for its tiny size, LYX is the only actor, other 2 are unknown singers. Almost went bankrupt if Lyx-Runyu did not save it. During the 8 yrs. contract, LYX only received 10-15% of his filming fees.
Since 2020, Lyx project grade has always been S+ for costume, S for modern drama. He is well loved in the industry for his hard work, ace acting, low profile, always stays on set (not recording VS or shows up in red carpet) during his filming time, can dub himself/sing/dance/fight/piano/guitar/draw/calligraphy/board diving etc without doubles. Leo pathed his way to ML with many supporting actor roles for many years, even as ML producers did not take him seriously because of his agency low background.

They have 3 modern IP and 4 costume IP. One costume 水龙吟 from QJM novel will be produced by TTEOTM and HYX producer starting this Q4 (platform ??) Leo will be ML.
One modern drama will start with Qiyi in Q4 and another costume in Q4 (rumour FL Chen Yao)

So Lyx stays because now he can even pick the IP he wants to play, involved in the decision which platform to sell, which production comp to join, which actress to approach as FL. I bet he is also shareholder of the company or at least will get a chuck of profit sharing, after all, the only thing the company can sell is LYX name. He is the face of the company.

From being treated badly in the industry to become a semi producer for his own drama is a dream of many actors. They can control the quality as they want.
I’m beyond happy for my favourite actor. His hard work, blood sweats and many painful injuries are paid off.

LYT is low profile and fans can be at peace together.

Leo has been slender but strong all his life, he is a multiple award-winning Ballet dancer (like Chinese oscar in Ballet), who can lift up his F dance partner with one hand (as she did wt. FL here in TTEOTM too). He is prone to lose weight even if he eats tons, just his metabolism. Also remember, costume filming is more than 12+hr a day for 5 months no rest, one prone to lose weight too.
His God and Demon battle was filmed for 22 days, he wore 5kg armour more than 10 hrs a day, Ming Ye spear was 15Kg (his fight director said in interviews). Leo did it all himself, no double. His fight director said Leo is able to endure hardship in filming that no ordinary person can he felt sorry for him, his producer said Leo is a warrior like TTJ. He usually takes 4-6 months rest lately in between filming.

Leo often shows his fans what he eats, and he eats v healthy, much healthier than most of us, he is not on diet, he loves his dessert and not afraid to eat them at night (I envy him).
But bfr TTEOTM started, he had been on liquid diet because he had an filming accident that he had 54 stiches inside and outside his mouth.

It is but there is element on Fry CP but pretty mild comparing to say LBFAD or other drama. In short because Producer knows easier to sell CP, cheaper too without having to do quality projects. So most producer relies on CP marketing for their assembly line quality drama.

I think for HBO, netflix they do. I remember Natalie Dormer shared when she signed the Tudors drama, she was not given the whole eps script, she did not know how much nudity she had to do and regretted later.
At least it is more assuring that these actress will not be pressured to do so because of the tight censorship.

That's not the heavy ones, the DF 2.0 is more than 10KG. Ming Ye just the armour is 5kg and he filmed that fight scnes with MY armour for 22 days.
It is indeed hardwork for these C actor to film costume.
