Everything is above and beyond my expectations 💜💜💜 Tomorrow TRAILER 💜💜💜 10am China time Come home A Li…. Whispers of Fate might be the last big production for some years after the winter of C drama production, lets cherish it
LY won’t be able to handle a complicated character, so that’s fine. The novel character isn’t great either, Imo. Aside from Ali, the interesting characters are Liu Yan, Xi Fang Tao, and Gui Mu Dan. Of these 3, I’m unsure if Allen can carry Liu Yan. I even went to watch Les Belles to see LY and Allen’s acting. His performance is just okay—typical of idol actors who’ve been in the industry for a while.
AYZ is another one I’m concerned about. I’ve seen a lot of criticism regarding Bao’s acting. Overall, in terms of casting, SLY is well cast. It should still be better than CYJM.
It’s about time someone updated that outdated synopsis—it’s changed a great deal since then. That version was from QJM, before SLY’s official announcement. I’m too lazy to do it now, but I still have to thank Chun Tian for handling it for me last time. That summary is a pale comparison to the updated synopsis.
how to fix the main lead position? its lyx first billed drama
Click edit this page (top right). Edit the cast role, submit the proof. Weibo link of the official casting. Just be aware bcs while Lyx, is the leading actor, the rest bellow are called Leading starring. But you can try.
I’m worried with her acting, obviously so much water fr Tencent princess, her character in the novel is v short. Def prefer to see CY acting, I’m confident she can deliver her character well. Lin Yun has improved and she is a Big beauty, the kind of like when Xixi is on screen. (Joking) the 1st time Xixi has onscreen beauty competitor LOL
since "long for fish" is dropping tomorrow, we will definitely not get this for a month..lets give a 1…
You seriously hope we will get this in a short time (like months)? Oh well I've been waiting for 5+ years now. And while there is some news NTRA might have some sort of relaxation, my hope for this year is only 10-15%. Been clowning for too long.
Reading this I have to ask, will there be any investment in decent subtitles? It would be a shame to ruin all this…
SLY international distribution is sold to Huace. No news so far where we can watch SLY on international platform. Huace should be responsible for its subs.
His Runyu stunned the industry—a textbook acting on how to portray an immortal, so shocking that he received the famous “10 days of slaying the dragon” backlash. Even the producer had to go against him due to the overwhelming backlash. Yet, the result: Runyu became top 10 classic characters of the last decade, by China Daily. He set a benchmark that many have tried to emulate, yet none have surpassed.
His Tan Tai Jin—he delivered a brilliant, complex multi-character performance. So extraordinary that competitors and platforms joined forces to suppress his success, with 1,000+ malicious trends and lowered Douban ratings. The results: Tan Tai Jin won audience hearts, broke many records, earned various praise from officials, and was selected by CCTV as China’s No. 1 international drama export, with a score of 96.7 out of 100 for 2023–24. TTOETM's total success on Youku is unlikely to be broken at the same time in the next 5 years (Top day opening +Top # views during airing+ Top sales+ Bengbu ¥40 billion income+ 20+ days consistent above 10K heat and many more).
Behind his success is a strong, extremely low-key actor who persevered through hardships, receiving only 9-10% of his earnings for 8 years while working for music agency teetering on bankruptcy. With sheer talent, hard work and multiple injuries, he alone transformed his agency into an S+ producer with projects spanning in Tencent, Qiyi, Youku and Mango. He walks slowly without protection, positive trending & marketing support, relied solely on his talent to cement himself Multiple Big Male Lead actor with top investment level.
Luo Yunxi is not your average C drama actor—he is a force of quiet resilience, talent, and unwavering dedication. A true inspiration, a true idol in real life.
Happy Birthday, Luo Yunxi. I’m a proud fan….

Congratulations to Luo Yunxi on unlocking a new identity: Professional Photographer!
What began as a casual hobby—taking his camera everywhere and capturing everyday objects that most people overlook—has blossomed into something extraordinary. Four years later, his work was selected to be part of the prestigious Leica 100th Anniversary Exhibition in Shanghai. Even Bazaar Art referred to him as an artist rather than an actor.
LOL Heng yang sect was born, lived and died for LYX!At the event in Q1 2024, China Internet Audio-visual Conference,…
I feel it is LJ who is too ambitious.....Spend 300M for a tourism linkage before the drama airs, not to mention this year winter for Tv drama. She could have make 1S & 1A drama with it. Where the $ come from? From LYX being paid only 5- 8K monthly for years? Less than what he earned as ballet teacher. As for Otter, it is waiting for SLY $ bfr able to open another drama. As SLY could be the last insanely rich production could be true with everything that's happening in C ent. Cut eps, budget, actor pay, use only platform prince & princess for main & support role, and more...The time has changed.
Glad to see you back. So what you're saying is that when it happened with TTEOTM, it veered from the original…
The differences are mostly due to CYJM originally 48 eps being cut to 40. Based on CYJM & my reading of HYX, I believe SLY script is also genuine—any revision won't affected the storyline exactly like CY. This just own imo based on my own experience. So I'll leave it here.
Come home A Li….
