Yes, this drama is absolute roller coaster of emotions and don't even want Youku to offer fast track cause I want to savor every episode.

I think the comparison will be TTJ and MR not TTJ and CWN hahaha.
But in term of tragic, hmmm...that I don't know. LYX made TTJ very tragic with his acting skill because bfr I thought CWN is more tragic now I'm not sure.

We agree that there is tons of water plot injection in 99% of C drama but then there is a rare occation like this drama when we need more than 40 eps. But still I can't wait 6 month knowing this is C drama and anything can happen.

Yeah, the problem is they must air them 6 months apart. And with china things is highly unpredictable, what if one of cast/ producer/director suddenly got into tax evasion problem, or many other things. Your drama won't air. It's too big of a risk for the producer and platform. Considering this is the most exp Costume drama ever made.

Agree, I watched many Xianxia, and this has taken Xianxia to next level even with it's all shortcomings. It does not erase the fact IT IS EPIC XIANXIA....Yes if they are not cut it would be even better, but still it is more than what i expected out of Chinese Good Xianxia.

Not badly scripted but badly cut. They cut the most from immortal arch. The problem is this drama was filmed for 50 eps and not 40 eps.

tbh tons of drama butchered the novel and this is already following the novel than most drama and imo even elevate them. And I don't understand the complain don't they know the C censorship if they r even reading the bad translated novel .
I read both novel and script, I understand what producer needs to do. Indeed not satisfactory for everyone. Everyone gets cut scenes but still I want to enjoy this drama AS IT IS....This is still a very good drama.

Can you pls do it for E 34 as well, we are missing the part when TTJ and LSS meet YQY , aren't they need to get an artifact from him? Also abt GY by now he should remember he is just a XL clone.

In the script, After dealing with dream demon, Gong Ye went to YQY who is now King of Jin and he was told of his past, but this is cut to path ways as we still hv many stories behind. So Gong Ye should know his past by now.

They had to comply with C gov new regulation that just dropped out of no where, max 40 eps. There will be many dramas affected not only this one

LOL. I don't usually like Romance drama or care for any sweet moment. In drama I yearn for good layered plot full of reversal, the more complicated the better. Tons of Angst and Good acting.
Beautiful face is only a bonus.

I don't watch K drama. But still I have not seen one as tragic as TTJ.
His whole existence is joke for himself, a lifetime of full extreme suffering, endured all calamities and at the end his life just a sacrificial lamb for DG, regardless of how he fights…

Who is the tragic one? ML or FL? For me is the FL. And I love PXR acting there, esp when she confronted ML, it was spot on. Not overdone.
But nothing still compare to TTJ.
