Tbh I still prefer STOTD, Alon cases reminds me of STOTD plus I actually like STOTD characters better albeit production, lighting etc less beautiful than ALON which is S class, STOTD is A/B drama.
What caught my attention wt ALON is JBR character & acting, not liking SWL acting there...even if he is much more handsome...

Looking at how 10cent operates, The wolf, Alon…all dropped at noon without notice. Alon is 10eps every Monday, done in 3 weeks and heavily cut. Wolf all at once….

While I hope it is HYX, it is possible WIK is next, ‘cause Tencent don’t want it’s biggest trump card got taken out in the middle. Alon is a test wt actors not promoting at all, if CP fans not crazy, all calm, WIK/HYX will air, and the key is really low profile CP fans….

We int are too small but perhaps advocating no shipping is our best hope to get many BL dramas air…

Alon is heavily cut, see 2nd eps etc minus the first and ending song, it is only between 33-35 mins. There is screenshot too that the trailer was re-dub. So tencent is working hard to air this safely. Actors not promoting AT ALL on weibo. No bts nothing.
If this is safe....they should try HYX first....unless they think WIK is safer to air (never read the novel)

And HYX story is already reg xianxia drama Master and Disciples, really I think it is as safe as Strange tale of tang dynasty....but by now I don't care I only want to watch...
