LCR story is adapted from the real Blue Sky Rescue (BSR)civilian volunteer. It wants to convey 2 things:
1. Showing how civilian rescues works, rescue scenes all adapted fr real events, and BSR founder is on set to help with the rescue scenes. Writer went around China for yrs to record various disaster and rescue.
2. It wants to show character development of pp from various background doing volunteer rescues. The real BSR founder is also a lawyer like our ML, so I think sm of these characters are also taken from BSR real volunteer.

But since this is a drama, Dir said they also have emotional and love lines otherwise this would become a documentary drama. So here the rescue comes first, emotional story comes second....or at least those were the director and producer intentions for LCR.

Her dad told ZY the truth when he thinks he is abt to die. He went to save his wife first, despite LB’s parents asked him to save LB. He was not experienced, so he removed a structure that caused 2nd collapse & killed his wife + Lb parents. QZ saved LB, was photograph and story was published without interviewing him. He felt guilty , set up LCR and dedicated his life to save others to amend his mistake….This then became a major hurdle in our Leads relationship.

U want the most major spoilers of the whole story?

Yeah that depends whether LYX willing to act in F centered drama or not. Looks like by the type of play he takes so far, no. But if there is a v interesting characters that challenge his acting skill there is a possibility.
I just say possibility not big, not impossible.... He seems like to like a character that is difficult to act...especially in costume where he gets more offers than modern . Both CWN and TTj are very difficult to act...

The one u heard more heavy breathe is recorded directly on set, the other is re dub on the studio....

I was surprised too. So it was intentional, also that water rescue was censored I heard cause the corpse looks scary....

yeah many pp wants Lyx -Reba. But in reality difficult . Producer usually take only 1 actor/tress that can carry drama they don't need both. LYX can carry drama himself, Reba too.....Also for costume Reba takes must be F center drama, will LYX be willing to take a drama that is not Male centered story one? Unlikely. both does S+ drama costume....So yeah, it is very difficult to materialize. If one person alone can attract S+ investment, producer rather have them separately for 2 dramas not 1.

It's recession time , there is an article talked abt it many big dramas not airing with initial ads placement. LCR already has initial ads....considering the downturn economy in China now LCR is better than many other bigger drama airing the same period.....

Well next drama in less than 6 months I bet....but u know not HYX. clown...

That scenes was really powerful....LYX delivered just right, convincing, arguments, excellent...Talking abt voice....His voice during the proposal scenes.....

They broke up. ZY saw LB's A hug him, thought LB moved on. She applied other rescue place, got station in Tibet area (looks like by the trailer). LB miss her, knows she still like him then
LB went to find ZY.....So that's the guess fr Trailer. The scenes of LB becomes captain I bet is the last scenes for LCR...

The only good co star for him is in LCR & LIS. For me L2L FL acting was so bad that I'll avoid any of her dramas. But I love watching CX dance, she is an AMAZING dancer. I agree wt u, although Lyx is 6 yrs older than her.....she looks like Yang Mi, ZLY age....

1st thing I do when hearing rmr abt Lyx new play is check the FL acting...I always hope she can catch his acting, otherwise it is a waste of LYX.....

We'll get one more...just one ...But I hope it is amazing, if they dare put it on the finale....it should be good....

Ming2 is def not even a 1D character, also his acting is just weak here, typical newbie idol acting....

Tencent gave LCR last week a gold Medal (only for Hits drama , others who got it is LLTG and ADOS)
Tencent is happy with LCR.....Also posted bullets screen comment exceeded 5 Millions. So LCR could end with 3Billions views by the end of non VIP. For this type of drama its VERY good....
LCR also waiting for TV schedule....

Well. Low Key not buying many hot search....but yeah....this is a proof of a good drama....and LYX has ability to carry drama as long as the team and opposite actress can act...

Lyx has Ballet background & WQ has diving skill.
Lyx wire work is v good & can do many rescue scenes himself, he fits lawyer image v well. WQ has matured, she has doctor in her family so she can study and act like one, did the diff diving scene herself…..LYX & WQ v comfy with each other inside & outside filming….
Actors slept in tents during training at Blue Sky Rescue to experience…

Rescue must be real, but not too real that is scary and remind many pp who experienced natural disaster. 3 yrs researched on various natural disaster in China, many difficulties in using lenses while filming rescue scenes..

2 scenes that impressed the producers: LB-ZY kiss in mudslide and Falcon died was the turning point for LB to join rescue….

She should be bellow WQ, a bit too young but promising....
